Sulzer، الشركة الهندسية الرائدة ذات الإرث العريق في الابتكار، تعلن عن وظيفة مشغل آلات (Machine Operator) في الخبر، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية (موقع العمل: مدينة الدمام الصناعية الثالثة).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تجهيز وتشغيل الآلات وفقًا للتعليمات.
  • مراقبة أداء الآلات وإجراء التعديلات البسيطة اللازمة.
  • فحص المنتجات للتأكد من جودتها والإبلاغ عن أي عيوب.
  • الحفاظ على نظافة وسلامة منطقة العمل.
  • تسجيل بيانات الإنتاج والإبلاغ عن المشكلات.
  • اتباع إجراءات السلامة والتشغيل.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • تدريب مهني (أو خبرة معادلة) مع خبرة تصل إلى سنتين في مجال ذي صلة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • مهارات ميكانيكية أساسية والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
  • القدرة على اتباع التعليمات وإرشادات السلامة.
  • تناسق جيد بين اليد والعين ولياقة بدنية عالية.
  • الاستعداد للتعلم والعمل ضمن فريق.
  • الإلمام بأدوات ومعدات الإنتاج يُعد ميزة إضافية.

About The Role

Job Summary

Responsible for operating and monitoring machinery used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures that machines run efficiently, products meet quality standards, and safety protocols are followed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Set up and operate machinery according to instructions.
  • Monitor machine performance and make minor adjustments.
  • Inspect products for quality and report defects.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area.
  • Record production data and report issues.
  • Follow safety and operational procedures.

Qualifications / Requirements

  • Vocational training (or equivalent experience) with up to 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Basic mechanical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety guidelines.
  • Good hand-eye coordination and physical stamina.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a team environment.
  • Familiarity with production tools and equipment is a plus.
