تعلن شركة Sulzer، إحدى الشركات الهندسية الرائدة، عن توفر وظيفة Senior Warranty Engineer في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الإشراف على دورة حياة مطالبات الضمان بالكامل من الاستلام إلى الإغلاق.
- تقييم أهلية المطالبة وتحديد المسؤولية بناءً على الشروط التعاقدية والنتائج الفنية.
- قيادة تحقيقات المطالبات وتحليل أسباب الفشل الجذرية (RCFA).
- تنسيق الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية مع أقسام الهندسة، وضمان الجودة، والإنتاج، والمشتريات، والخدمة، والموردين، وأصحاب المصلحة الآخرين.
- العمل كجهة اتصال رئيسية للعملاء فيما يتعلق بمسائل الضمان.
- الحفاظ على تواصل واضح مع العملاء وتقديم تحديثات منتظمة عن حالة المطالبات.
- المشاركة في اجتماعات العملاء وعرض نتائج التحقيقات والتوصيات.
- إجراء زيارات ميدانية وتفقدية وأنشطة استكشاف الأخطاء حسب الحاجة.
- دعم فرق الخدمة الميدانية أثناء تحقيقات الضمان.
- مراقبة تكاليف الضمان ودعم استرداد التكاليف من الموردين عند الاقتضاء.
- قيادة مبادرات التحسين المستمر وتعزيز الدروس المستفادة لمنع تكرار المشكلات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في المضخات، المعدات الدوارة، الخدمة الميدانية، الموثوقية، أو إدارة الضمان.
- يفضل الإلمام بمعايير API 610 وAPI 686 وAPI 682 وممارسات المعدات الدوارة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- تحليل أسباب الفشل الجذرية (RCA/RCFA).
- استكشاف أخطاء المضخات والأختام الميكانيكية وإصلاحها.
- تحليل بيانات الاهتزاز والتشغيل.
- إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- كتابة التقارير الفنية.
- حل المشكلات.
- مهارات التواصل والعرض التقديمي.
- التعاون بين الأقسام المختلفة.

About The Role
Job Summary
Oversee and resolve warranty claims for pumps, mechanical seals, drivers, and auxiliary systems through technical investigation, root cause analysis, and corrective actions to enhance reliability, reduce warranty costs, and improve customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the complete warranty claim lifecycle from receipt to closure.
- Evaluate warranty entitlement and determine liability based on contractual terms and technical findings.
- Lead claim investigations and Root Cause Failure Analysis (RCFA).
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions with Engineering, QA/QC, Production, Procurement, Service, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary customer contact for warranty-related matters.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and provide regular claim status updates.
- Participate in customer meetings and present investigation findings and recommendations.
- Conduct site visits, inspections, and troubleshooting activities as required.
- Support field service teams during warranty investigations.
- Monitor warranty costs and support recovery from suppliers when applicable.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and promote lessons learned to prevent recurrence.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering.
- 5-10 years of experience in pumps, rotating equipment, field service, reliability, or warranty management.
- Knowledge of API 610, API686, API 682, and rotating equipment practices is preferred.
