تعلن شركة الفنار (alfanar) عن توفر وظيفة أمين مستودع (Storekeeper) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • الحفاظ على الأنشطة اليومية العامة والخاصة بالمستودع، بما في ذلك معالجة الترحيلات واستلام وتوزيع الإمدادات وإجراء الجرد وأنشطة مراقبة المخزون، مع إدارة أوامر الشراء والتغيير عند الحاجة.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • استلام ومعالجة وتخزين المواد والأدوات والأصول والمعدات حسب الإجراءات.
  • تحديث سجل المخزون وترميز المواد.
  • تسجيل وحفظ تقرير شهري عن الأصول وإصدار سندات الاستلام.
  • تطبيق إجراءات التدبير المنزلي والسلامة للمواد القابلة للاحتراق.
  • استلام المواد عند رصيف المستودع والتحقق من إشعار التسليم وقائمة التعبئة وإشعار النقل.
  • صرف المواد حسب الطلب والتحديث اليومي للمواد المصروفة مؤقتًا.
  • التواصل الفعّال مع الزملاء والمشرفين والانفتاح على التوجيهات والملاحظات.
  • استخدام الأدوات والآلات ضمن كفاءة التكلفة والوقت وتنفيذ الأنشطة وفق جداول التسليم وتعليمات العمل.
  • المساعدة في حل المشكلات ذات الصلة ورفع المشكلات التشغيلية المعقدة.
  • تنفيذ معايير الجودة للمنتجات والعمليات أو الأنشطة ذات الصلة.
  • تنفيذ المهام وفق إجراءات العمل الروتينية والتعليمات.
  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات والعمليات ذات الصلة.
  • الالتزام بجميع إجراءات ولوائح السلامة والصحة والبيئة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة دبلوم من معهد كهربائي.
  • خبرة من 0 إلى 2 سنوات (حديث التخرج أو مبتدئ).

Job Purpose

Maintain general and department-specific, routine, daily store activities, including processing postings, supplies receipt and distribution, carry out inventories and inventory control activities, and may manage purchase and change orders.

Key Accountability Areas

Store Process:

  • Receiving, handling & Storage of materials, tools, assets & equipment’s etc.
  • Inventory record update
  • Coding for material
  • Record & maintain monthly report on assets
  • Receipt voucher
  • Housekeeping and safety measures for combustible material

Material Management:

  • Receiving material at incoming bay of store
  • Checking delivery note, packing list, transfer note etc.
  • Material issue as per request
  • Daily update for temporarily issued material

  • Use tools and machinery within efficient cost and time.
  • Execute the operational activities as per delivery schedules and work instructions.
