Role Summary

We are looking for a customer-focused Retail Sales Associate - Cosmetics to join our team in Riyadh. This role combines retail sales, customer service, and day-to-day store operations within a fast-paced cosmetics environment.

The successful candidate should enjoy interacting with customers, maintaining high presentation standards, and supporting smooth store operations. We are looking for someone proactive, dependable, and comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a dynamic retail environment.

Main Responsibilities

Customer Engagement & Sales

• Welcome and assist customers throughout their shopping experience
• Assist customers in selecting beauty and cosmetic products that suit their needs
• Explain product features, usage, and benefits confidently
• Contribute to achieving store sales objectives and performance goals
• Maintain professional and positive customer relationships

Retail & Store Coordination

• Process purchases and handle POS transactions accurately
• Assist with stock replenishment, inventory checks, and product organization
• Ensure shelves, testers, and displays are properly maintained
• Support overall cleanliness and visual presentation of the store
• Support daily retail operations and overall store efficiency

Brand & Promotional Support

• Participate in promotional activities and in-store campaigns
• Assist with basic social media or marketing-related tasks when required
• Stay informed about new product launches and beauty trends
• Uphold brand image and professionalism at all times

Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Previous experience in retail sales or customer service preferred
• Experience in beauty, skincare, or cosmetics is an advantage
• Arabic speaker with good English communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional, confident, and customer-oriented personality
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and within a team
• Flexible with shift schedules
• Immediate availability is preferred

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with beauty or cosmetic products
• Basic knowledge of makeup application and skincare products
• Experience using POS systems and basic computer applications
