تعلن شركة AESG، إحدى الشركات الاستشارية والهندسية الرائدة والمتخصصة في مجالات الهندسة والاستشارات والإدارة، عن توفر فرصة وظيفية لمفتش تشغيل - كهرباء (Commissioning Inspector - Electrical) في الرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- المشاركة في أنشطة التشغيل تحت إشراف كبار الموظفين.
- تطوير المعرفة في التخصص المختار وفهم كيفية تفاعل الأنظمة المختلفة في المباني.
- إجراء عمليات التفتيش الميداني في التخصص المحدد.
- تقييم ما إذا كانت إجراءات الاختبار والنتائج المسجلة تظهر الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الممارسة الصناعية.
- المساعدة في مراجعة وثائق المشروع للتحقق من الامتثال لمواصفات المشروع ومعايير الممارسة الصناعية.
- الإبلاغ عن المشكلات التي يتم العثور عليها إلى أعضاء الفريق الأقدم بطريقة واضحة ودقيقة وموجزة.
- التواصل مع فريق المقاول المعني بالتشغيل بطريقة مهنية.
- إجراء ملاحظات ميدانية تتعلق بجودة التركيبات.
- مراقبة التركيبات والمستندات المقدمة واستخدام الأدوات الهندسية وفقًا لإرشادات المشروع والتشغيل.
- المساعدة في تتبع إنجاز المهام وإعداد وثائق التخطيط المستقبلي (lookahead).
- الاحتفاظ بسجل يومي للأحداث والأنشطة الخاضعة للإشراف، بما في ذلك الأنظمة التي تم تفتيشها والوثائق التي تمت مراجعتها وأي قرارات يتخذها المسؤولون في الموقع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية أو هندسة خدمات المباني (BSc Electrical Engineering / BSc Building Services Engineering).
- دبلوم كلية في هندسة خدمات المباني (MEP / Building Services Engineering College Diploma) أو ما يعادله (HNC, HND).
- شهادة كلية في هندسة خدمات المباني (MEP / Building Services Engineering College Certificate) أو ما يعادله (ONC, OND).
- خبرة عملية في مجال MEP مع شهادة City & Guilds.
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال ذي صلة مع درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة مع دبلوم الكلية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في مجال ذي صلة مع شهادة الكلية أو الشهادة المهنية.
- يفضل (وليس إلزاميًا) الحصول على اعتماد مهندس معتمد (Incorporated Engineer).
- يفضل (وليس إلزاميًا) الحصول على شهادة CSA Grade 3.
- يفضل (وليس إلزاميًا) الحصول على شهادة تشغيل معتمدة مثل BCA أو ACG أو NEBB.
- خبرة متوسطة وكفاءة في عدة اختصاصات مع القدرة على أداء المهام تحت الإشراف.

Job Purpose
- As part of a multi-discipline project team representing AESG, conduct site inspections and verify the tested results are correct.
- Develop knowledge about commissioning processes and test procedures in engineering discipline and demonstrate an ability and willingness to learn.
- MEP / Building Services Engineering Degree
- BSc Electrical Engineering
- BSc Building Services Engineering
- MEP / Building Services Engineering College Diploma
- HNC, HND or equivalent
- MEP / Building Services Engineering College Certificate
- ONC, OND or equivalent
- MEP Trade Time Served + City & Guilds Certificate
- Minimum 2 years of job-related experience + Engineering Degree
- Minimum 3 years of job-related experience + College Diploma
- Minimum 4 years of job-related experience + College or Trade Certificate
- Industry Accreditations
- Incorporated Engineer, desirable but not essential
- CSA Grade 3 qualified, desirable but not essential
- Commissioning certification such as BCA, ACG or NEBB, desirable but not essential
- Moderate experience and proficiency in multiple competencies.
- Capable of handling tasks with supervision.
- Assist senior personnel in carrying out commissioning activities
- Develop knowledge in chosen discipline and how different systems interact in buildings
- Conduct site inspections in selected discipline
- Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with project specifications and industry codes of practice
- Report issues found to senior team members in a clear, accurate and concise manner
- Liaise with contractors commissioning team in professional manner
- Carry out site observations with respect to quality of installation
- Monitor installation, submittals and use of engineering tools adhering to project and commissioning guidelines
- Assisting with tracking completion of tasks and preparing lookahead documents
- Keep daily diary of events and activities under your control, including systems inspected, documents reviewed, and any decision made by authorities on site
