Role Description The Equipment Operator is a full-time, on-site role based in Riyadh. This position is responsible for safely operating a variety of heavy equipment and machinery to support facility management and site operations. Daily tasks include performing excavation and material handling, loading and unloading materials, and moving equipment around the site. The role involves conducting basic equipment checks, reporting maintenance needs, following safety procedures, and collaborating with supervisors and team members to complete scheduled work efficiently. The Equipment Operator is expected to maintain a clean and organized work area and adhere to all company and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely operate heavy equipment, including general Equipment Operation and Heavy Equipment use.
• Experience with specialized machinery, such as Forklift Operation and related material handling equipment.
• Skills in Excavation work, including trenching, grading, and site preparation.
• Knowledge of Equipment Maintenance practices, including routine inspections and basic troubleshooting.
• Understanding of workplace safety standards and regulations for equipment and construction sites.
• Previous experience as an equipment operator or in a similar role within facility management, construction, or industrial settings.
• Ability to read and follow instructions, work plans, and basic site drawings.
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks, stand for extended periods, and work in outdoor environments.
