المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتقديم جلسات تعليمية سريرية للعملاء وفقاً لمعايير المنظمة وإرشاداتها ومواد التدريب الخاصة بالمنتج.
- تقديم المشورة للعملاء حول تنفيذ الإجراءات والبروتوكولات السريرية المثلى لتعظيم فعالية وكفاءة المعدات المقدمة.
- تقديم الدعم من المستوى الأول والثاني لمساعدي الأخصائيين السريريين والعملاء، وتقديم التوجيه والخبرة عند الحاجة إلى معرفة أو خبرة إضافية.
- العمل تحت إشراف عام وعمليات محددة، مع استخدام الحكم المستقل للالتزام بالسياسات التشغيلية وضمان الامتثال والأداء الأمثل.
- تطبيق المهارات التحليلية لحل الطلبات متوسطة التعقيد بكفاءة، وممارسة الحكم ضمن الإجراءات والممارسات المحددة لتحديد الإجراءات المناسبة التي تتماشى مع أهداف المنظمة.
- المشاركة في تصعيد شكاوى العملاء (سواء المتعلقة بالسلامة أو غيرها) وعمليات التغذية الراجعة، واتباع البروتوكولات المتفق عليها لتسجيل المعلومات وإدارة الإجراءات المرتبطة بها.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك تطوير المنتجات وضمان الجودة والشؤون التنظيمية، لمعالجة مخاوف العملاء وتعزيز أداء المنتج.
- تطوير والحفاظ على فهم عميق لمنتجات المنظمة وتطبيقاتها السريرية والمعايير الصناعية ذات الصلة لدعم العملاء وتقديم توصيات مستنيرة.
- المساهمة في مبادرات التحسين المستمر داخل مؤسسة الخدمة، وتحديد فرص تبسيط العمليات وتعزيز تقديم الخدمة وتحسين رضا العملاء.
- المشاركة في مهام التطبيقات السريرية أو النظامية متوسطة التعقيد، واتباع الإجراءات والبروتوكولات المحددة لضمان تنفيذ المهام بشكل متسق وفعال.
- توثيق سجلات الخدمة التي تتضمن أوصافاً تفصيلية للمشكلات التي تمت مواجهتها والحلول المقابلة لها ضمن إطار نظام إدارة الخدمة الشامل.
- إنشاء علاقات عمل داخلية/خارجية منتجة لحل المشكلات المشتركة من خلال التعاون في الإجراءات أو المعاملات، وتحديد الحل الأكثر فعالية من حيث التكلفة لتقليل وقت تعطل العملاء مع تعظيم الاستخدام الأمثل للمعدات المقدمة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات مع تعليم مهني في المجال الطبي، أو الدعم السريري، أو الرعاية الصحية، أو خدمة العملاء أو ما يعادلها.

Your Role
Develops and delivers clinical education sessions to customers, adhering to established organization’s standards, guidelines, and product-specific training materials.
- Advises customers on the implementation of optimal clinical procedures and protocols to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of the provided equipment.
- Provides first and second-line support to clinical support associate specialists and customers, offering guidance and expertise when additional knowledge or experience is required.
- Works under general supervision and established processes, utilizing independent judgment to navigate and adhere to operational policies, ensuring compliance and optimal performance.
- Applies analytical skills to resolve medium complexity requests efficiently, exercising judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine appropriate actions that align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Participates in customer escalations, complaints (both safety and non-safety related), and feedback processes, following agreed-upon protocols to accurately capture information and manage associated actions.
- Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including product development, quality assurance, and regulatory affairs, to address customer concerns and enhance product performance.
- Develops and maintains a deep understanding of organization’s products, clinical applications, and relevant industry standards to effectively support customers and provide informed recommendations.
- Contributes to continuous improvement initiatives within the service organization, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, enhance service delivery, and optimize customer satisfaction.
- Engages in moderately complex clinical or system applications assignments, following established procedures and protocols to ensure consistent and efficient execution of tasks.
- Documents service records encompassing detailed descriptions of encountered problems and their corresponding resolutions within the comprehensive framework of the Service Management System.
- Establishes productive internal/external working relationships to resolve mutual problems by collaborating on procedures or transactions and identifies the most economically efficient solution to minimize customer downtime while maximizing the optimal utilization of the delivered equipment.
