فيليبس تبحث عن مستشار تقني ودعم (HPM-CIP) في الرياض، السعودية. المستشار التقني مسؤول عن العمل عن كثب مع العملاء لفهم بيئاتهم التقنية بعمق وتقديم حلول متقدمة ومخصصة تتماشى مع أهدافهم الاستراتيجية، تحت إشراف مباشر.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- التشاور المكثف مع العملاء لفهم بيئاتهم التقنية بعمق، وتقديم توصيات متقدمة وحلول مخصصة تتماشى مع أهدافهم الاستراتيجية طويلة المدى.
- تنفيذ وثائق تصميم متطورة، وأنظمة معمارية شاملة، وخطط تكوين مفصلة، وأطر اختبار صارمة لضمان حلول تقنية قوية وقابلة للتوسع، تحت إشراف مباشر.
- حل المشكلات التقنية المعقدة من خلال إجراء تشخيصات متقدمة وتحليل الأسباب الجذرية، وتقديم دعم استباقي لمعالجة التحديات المستقبلية المحتملة.
- توثيق الحلول التقنية المعقدة والتفصيلية، وإنشاء إجراءات دعم شاملة وأدلة استكشاف الأخطاء لضمان نقل المعرفة واستمرارية الدعم للفرق الداخلية والعملاء.
- تعزيز قاعدة المعرفة التنظيمية من خلال تحديد وتوثيق ومشاركة أفضل الممارسات المبتكرة والعمليات الموحدة التي تزيد من الكفاءة والفعالية عبر مشاريع متعددة.
- تنفيذ تقنيات متطورة لإدارة التكوين والتحكم في الإصدارات، لضمان أعلى مستويات الدقة والاتساق والموثوقية في جميع عمليات نشر الحلول التقنية.
- تقييم أنظمة العملاء المعقدة من خلال فحوصات صحية شاملة، وتحديد المشكلات المحتملة ومعالجتها لتحسين أداء النظام وموثوقيته.
- فحص بيئات العملاء باستمرار، وتنفيذ تحسينات استراتيجية لتعزيز أداء النظام ومتانته ورضا المستخدمين.
- العمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف، بما في ذلك تطوير المنتجات والمبيعات، لضمان دمج ملاحظات العملاء في تحسينات المنتج والخدمة المستمرة بما يتوافق مع احتياجات العملاء.
- إعداد تقارير تقنية متقدمة وتحليلات عميقة وتحديثات استراتيجية لأصحاب المصلحة، لعرض فهم شامل لأداء النظام وحل المشكلات والتوصيات المستقبلية.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين مع تعليم مهني في مجالات مثل الاستشارات التقنية، دعم العملاء، صناعة الرعاية الصحية أو ما يعادلها، أو لا خبرة سابقة مع درجة البكالوريوس.
- العمل في الموقع لمدة 3 أيام على الأقل في الأسبوع للمكاتب، أو دوام كامل في الموقع للأدوار المكتبية، أو العمل الميداني في مواقع العملاء أو الموردين.

The Technical Consultant is responsible for working closely with clients to deeply understand their technical environments and provide advanced, customized solutions aligned with their strategic objectives, working under direct supervision. The role implements sophisticated system architectures, detailed configuration plans, and rigorous testing frameworks to ensure robust and scalable solutions. The role involves resolving complex technical issues through advanced diagnostics and root cause analysis, while also providing proactive support to prevent future challenges. The role documents intricate solutions and creates comprehensive support procedures, enhancing knowledge transfer and continuity.
Your Role
Minimum 2 years of experience with Vocational Education in areas such as Technical Consulting, Customer Support, Healthcare Industry or equivalent OR no prior experience with Bachelor's Degree.
How We Work Together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
