Company Description FTC Contracting (First Technical Contracting Co. Ltd.) is a Saudi-based engineering and construction company delivering turnkey industrial and building projects across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. FTC’s core focus is on industrial facilities that support manufacturing, logistics, food production, and essential infrastructure, including factories, warehouses and cold storage. The company also develops a wide range of non-industrial projects, such residential, commercial, retail spaces, and modern showrooms.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Project Manager role based in Jeddah. The Project Manager oversees planning, execution, and delivery of industrial projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, and quality requirements are met. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing project plans, coordinating design, engineering, procurement, and site teams, and managing sub contractors and vendor performance. The role involves monitoring progress, resolving issues, managing risks, and ensuring compliance with safety standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong project management skills, including Project Management and related planning, coordination, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• 10+ years of experience managing industrial large scale construction projects, preferably within Saudi Arabia or the broader GCC region.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; professional project management certification is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams, manage contractors and vendors, and work collaboratively with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.
• Commitment to health, safety, environmental, and quality standards, with the ability to enforce site compliance.
