تعلن مدارس SEK الدولية عن حاجتها إلى معلم/معلمة قائد/قائدة لمرحلة الطفولة المبكرة (Lead Early Years Teacher) في تبوك (الوجه السعودية)، للعمل في مدرسة دولية ناشئة. هذه وظيفة تدريسية بجدول زمني مخفض تجمع بين التدريس وتوجيه فرق الحضانة وما قبل الروضة لضمان جودة الخدمة المقدمة للأطفال من عمر 3 أشهر إلى 5 سنوات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • التدريس عبر مرحلة الطفولة المبكرة (الأعمار من 3 أشهر إلى 5 سنوات) بجدول تدريسي مخفض.
  • دعم وتوجيه معلمي الحضانة وما قبل الروضة من خلال التخطيط التعاوني، ومشاركة الاستراتيجيات، ونمذجة الممارسات المثلى.
  • المساعدة في ضمان سير العمل في المرحلة بفعالية وأمان وفق فلسفة المدرسة المتمثلة في توفير بيئة دافئة ورعاية ومحفزة.
  • العمل كنقطة تغطية أولى في حال غياب المعلمين للحفاظ على معايير الجودة.
  • أداء أي مهام مطلوبة في المرحلة، بما فيها مهام النظافة والرعاية، وتحديد نغمة التميز والمرونة.
  • تقديم التقارير إلى منسق التعلم/البكالوريا الدولية في المدرسة والعمل بشكل وثيق مع فريق القيادة لمواءمة العمل مع إطار البكالوريا الدولية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة كبيرة وإثبات تميز في تعليم الحضانة وما قبل الروضة.
  • درجة علمية أو مؤهل مهني في تعليم الطفولة المبكرة (مطلوب لأغراض التأشيرة).
  • مبادرة قوية، وقابلية للتكيف، والقدرة على النجاح في بيئة مدرسية ناشئة.
  • إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية للتواصل مع الموظفين والأسر.
  • يفضل خبرة في الشرق الأوسط و/أو بيئات متعددة اللغات؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تعتبر إضافة ولكنها غير مطلوبة.

Age Range: 3 months to 5 years (Nursery & Pre-K) 

We are looking for an exceptional early years practitioner to take on the role of Lead Early Years Teacher in our start-up international school. This is primarily a teaching position with a reduced timetable, combined with responsibilities that support and guide the nursery and pre-K teams to ensure high-quality provision across the stage. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Teach across the early years stage (ages 3 months to 5 years) with a reduced teaching schedule. 
  • Support and mentor nursery and pre-K teachers through collaborative planning, sharing strategies, and modeling best practice. 
  • Help ensure the stage operates effectively, safely, and in line with our philosophy of providing a warm, caring, and stimulating environment. 
  • Act as the first point of coverage for teacher absences to maintain quality standards. 
  • Fulfill any duties required in the stage, including hygiene and care tasks, setting the tone for excellence and flexibility. 
  • Report to the school’s Learning/IB Coordinator and work closely with the leadership team to align with the IB framework. 

Requirements: 

  • Significant experience and proven excellence in nursery and pre-kindergarten education. 
  • Degree or professional qualification in Early Years Education (required for visa purposes). 
  • Strong initiative, adaptability, and ability to thrive in a start-up school environment. 
  • English proficiency for communication with staff and families. 
  • Experience in the Middle East and/or multilingual environments valued; Arabic language skills a plus but not required.
