تعلن مدارس SEK الدولية عن توفر وظيفة معلم لغة إسبانية للعمل في تبوك، السعودية، وذلك ضمن بيئة مدرسية دولية متعددة اللغات. سيتولى المرشح تدريس الإسبانية لجميع المراحل العمرية من الحضانة إلى المرحلة الثانوية (أعمار 1-16 سنة).

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تدريس مادة اللغة الإسبانية عبر جميع المراحل العمرية (الحضانة، المرحلة الابتدائية، والمرحلة المتوسطة والثانوية) بمعدل وحدتين دراسيتين أسبوعياً لكل فصل، مع تكييف المنهجية حسب الفئة العمرية والمستوى اللغوي.
  • دعم الطلاب الناطقين بالإسبانية (حسب وجودهم) لضمان التحدي المناسب والتقدم المستمر.
  • اعتماد أسلوب دافئ ومرح ومحفّز مع طلاب الحضانة والسنوات المبكرة بما يتوافق مع احتياجاتهم النمائية.
  • تخطيط وتقديم الدروس وفق إطار البكالوريا الدولية (IB) - خبرة في PYP أو MYP ضرورية.
  • المساهمة في تطوير المناهج الدراسية ضمن بيئة مدرسية ناشئة تتطور فيها البرامج.
  • التعاون مع معلمي الفصول والمعلمين الأساسيين لضمان التكامل والتسلسل المناسب للعمر.
  • التواصل بفعالية باللغة الإنجليزية - لغة التواصل الرئيسية في المدرسة.
  • إظهار الحساسية الثقافية عند العمل مع هيئة طلابية متنوعة ومتعددة اللغات.
  • المرونة لتحمل مسؤوليات إضافية (حسب الحاجة والجدول) قد تشمل: دعم المكتبة / مهام أمين المكتبة، تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية كلغة إضافية (EAL)، التربية البدنية، أو دعم ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة والتعلم.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة في تدريس البكالوريا الدولية (IB) - شرط أساسي.
  • القدرة على تدريس مجموعة واسعة من الأعمار (من الحضانة إلى 16 سنة).
  • القدرة على التكيف والمرونة والمبادرة في بيئة مدرسية جديدة.
  • الرغبة في العمل ضمن فريق قوي مع روح المبادرة.
  • الانفتاح على تطور المسؤوليات مع نمو المدرسة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • إتقان قوي للغة الإنجليزية (شفهياً وكتابياً).
  • مهارات تواصل وتفاهم ثقافي عالٍ مع طلاب من خلفيات لغوية متعددة.
  • أسلوب تدريس واضح وقابل للتمايز لغير الناطقين بالإسبانية.
  • قدرة على الابتكار والتفكير الإبداعي في بيئة ناشئة.

We are seeking a Spanish Teacher to deliver Spanish across the full age range, from Nursery to secondary (ages 1 to 16). This role plays a key part in sharing Spanish language and culture within a multilingual, international school environment. 

Role Overview 

  • Teach Spanish across all age phases, including early years, primary and secondary. 
  • Deliver two Spanish modules per week per class, adapting approach and methodology to different ages and language levels. 
  • Most students will be nonnative Spanish speakers, requiring clear differentiation and accessible language teaching. 
  • Be able to support native Spanish speakers where present, ensuring appropriate challenge and progression. 
  • In Nursery and Early Years, adopt a warm, playful, and stimulating approach aligned with developmental needs. 
  • Plan and deliver learning in line with the IB framework (IB experience in at least one of PYP or MYP is essential). 
  • Contribute to curriculum development in a startup environment, where programmes are evolving. 

Collaboration & School Life 

  • Work collaboratively with classroom and homeroom teachers to ensure coherence and ageappropriate progression. 
  • Communicate effectively in English, the school’s language of communication. 
  • Demonstrate cultural sensitivity when working with a diverse, multilingual student body. 

Flexibility & Additional Contributions 

Depending on student numbers and timetable needs, there may be a need to complement the core role of Spanish teacher with other responsibilities. The successful candidate will be flexible and willing to support other areas of the school, where skills and interests allow. Valued additional experience includes:

Starting salary: 140.000 SAR / Year

Final salary is based on relevant qualifications and experience. Accommodation is also provided as an additional benefit and included for staff at no additional cost.
