المهام والمسؤوليات
- فحص المعدات وتشخيص المشكلات الميكانيكية والكهربائية.
- إجراء الإصلاحات وتنفيذ جداول الصيانة الوقائية.
- الاستجابة لطلبات الخدمة وتوثيق الأعمال المنفذة.
- التنسيق مع فرق العمليات لتقليل وقت توقف المعدات.
- الالتزام بمعايير السلامة الخاصة بالشركة واللوائح الصناعية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- دبلوم أو شهادة فنية في الصيانة الميكانيكية أو الكهربائية أو الصناعية (أو خبرة عملية معادلة).
- القدرة على قراءة الأدلة الفنية والمخططات ووثائق الخدمة.
- الالتزام بممارسات العمل الآمنة والإلمام بمعايير الصحة والسلامة ذات الصلة.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة والقدرة على العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق الميدان والعمليات.
- رخصة قيادة سارية والاستعداد للسفر إلى مواقع العملاء حسب الحاجة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في صيانة المعدات وإصلاح مولدات الطاقة والمعدات المؤجرة.
- مهارات تشخيص المشكلات (Troubleshooting) الميكانيكية والكهربائية والهيدروليكية بكفاءة.
- خبرة في ممارسات الصيانة الوقائية لإطالة عمر المعدات وتقليل الأعطال غير المتوقعة.
- قدرات في الصيانة الصناعية، ويفضل في بيئات البناء أو التصنيع أو المعدات الثقيلة المماثلة.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance & Repair for power generators and related rental equipment.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
- Candidates should possess experience with Preventive Maintenance practices to extend equipment life and reduce unexpected failures.
- Candidates should possess capabilities in Industrial Maintenance, preferably within construction, manufacturing, or similar heavy-equipment environments.
- Technical diploma or certificate in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance (or equivalent practical experience).
- Ability to read technical manuals, schematics, and service documentation.
- Commitment to safe work practices and familiarity with relevant health and safety standards.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with field and operations teams.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.
