نبحث عن مختبر ضمان جودة (QA Tester) ذو خبرة قوية في مشاريع الاتصالات (Telecom) للانضمام إلى فريقنا في الرياض. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح خبرة واسعة في الاختبارات الوظيفية، اختبار API، اختبار ETL، التحقق من قواعد البيانات، والاختبار الشامل (End-to-End). يتطلب الدور خبرة عملية في اختبار التطبيقات واسعة النطاق، والتحقق من تحويلات البيانات المعقدة، وضمان جودة المخرجات عبر منصات الاتصالات.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • إجراء اختبارات وظيفية، تكاملية، شاملة (E2E)، قبول المستخدم (UAT)، واختبارات قبول الأعمال (BAT) لتطبيقات الاتصالات.
  • إجراء اختبار API باستخدام Postman والتحقق من تكامل الخدمات عبر أنظمة متعددة.
  • تنفيذ اختبار ETL يدويًا وباستخدام أدوات مثل Informatica.
  • التحقق من عمليات استخراج البيانات، تحويلها، وتحميلها (ETL) لضمان دقة البيانات وسلامتها.
  • تطوير وتنفيذ سيناريوهات اختبار لعمليات الأعمال المعقدة في قطاع الاتصالات.
  • تحديد العيوب، تسجيلها، تتبعها، وإعادة اختبارها باستخدام أدوات إدارة العيوب.
  • إنشاء والتحقق من استعلامات SQL معقدة لاختبار قواعد البيانات الخلفية ومطابقة البيانات.
  • العمل مع قواعد بيانات Oracle وإجراء التحقق من تعيين الحقول على المستوى الميداني.
  • تطبيق قواعد العمل والمنطق للتحقق من حركة البيانات وبيئات المرحلة (staging).
  • التعاون مع المستخدمين وأصحاب المصلحة خلال مراحل UAT/BAT.
  • استكشاف وتطبيق الأساليب المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي في اختبار ETL لتحسين كفاءة الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • خبرة إلزامية في مشاريع قطاع الاتصالات (Telecom).
  • خبرة قوية في الاختبارات الوظيفية، اختبار API (Postman)، الاختبارات التكاملية، الاختبارات الشاملة (E2E)، اختبارات UAT/BAT، وإدارة العيوب.
  • خبرة عملية في اختبار ETL بما في ذلك أدوات مثل Informatica.
  • معرفة بتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في اختبار ETL ومبادرات أتمتة الاختبار.
  • مهارات متقدمة في SQL مع خبرة في كتابة والتحقق من الاستعلامات المعقدة.
  • خبرة في العمل مع قواعد بيانات Oracle وتقنيات التحقق من البيانات.
  • فهم قوي لهياكل قواعد البيانات، تعيينات البيانات، وبيئات المرحلة (staging).

Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced QA Tester with a strong background in Telecom projects to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in functional testing, API testing, ETL testing, database validation, and end-to-end testing. The role requires hands-on expertise in testing large-scale applications, validating complex data transformations, and ensuring high-quality deliverables across telecom platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform Functional, Integration, End-to-End (E2E), UAT, and BAT testing for telecom applications.
  • Conduct API testing using Postman and validate service integrations across multiple systems.
  • Execute ETL testing both manually and using ETL tools such as Informatica.
  • Validate data extraction, transformation, and loading processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and execute test scenarios for complex telecom business processes.
  • Perform defect identification, logging, tracking, and retesting using defect management tools.
  • Create and validate complex SQL queries for backend database testing and data reconciliation.
  • Work with Oracle databases and perform field-level mapping validations.
  • Apply business rules and logic to validate data movement and staging environments.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders during UAT/BAT phases.
  • Explore and implement AI-driven approaches in ETL testing to improve testing efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Experience

Mandatory experience in Telecom domain projects.

  • Strong understanding of database structures, data mappings, and staging environments.
  • Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience working in client-facing environments.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.

Work Requirements

  • Willingness to work from the client office, Sunday through Thursday.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
