نبذة عن الوظيفة
مدير مشاريع (GIO Technical) سيشرف على تخطيط المشاريع التقنية وتنسيقها وتنفيذها بالكامل، مع ضمان الالتزام بالجداول الزمنية والميزانيات ومعايير الجودة. هذه الوظيفة بدوام كامل بنظام هجين، تجمع بين العمل في الموقع والعمل عن بُعد، وتتطلب تفاعلاً مع فرق متعددة وموردين وشركاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة جداول المشاريع وتنسيقها من البداية إلى النهاية.
- التنسيق مع خبراء الإسراع (Expeditors) والموردين وفرق اللوجستيات.
- تتبع تسليم المواد والمعدات وحل المشكلات التي قد تؤثر على معالم المشروع.
- الإشراف على أنشطة التفتيش وضمان الامتثال للمواصفات الفنية.
- إعداد تقارير التقدم وصيانة الوثائق المشروع.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة عبر الإدارات المختلفة لمواءمة المشاريع مع المتطلبات التقنية والتشغيلية.
- مراقبة المخاطر باستمرار وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية ودعم تحسين العمليات لتعزيز أداء المشروع.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الأعمال أو سلسلة التوريد أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والقدرة على تنسيق الأنشطة الفنية وأصحاب المصلحة.
- خبرة في العمل كـ Expeditor والتعامل مع مهام الإسراع لضمان تسليم المواد والخدمات في الوقت المحدد.
- خبرة في عمليات التفتيش والامتثال للمواصفات الفنية.
- خبرة في إدارة اللوجستيات، بما في ذلك تنسيق الشحن والتخزين والتسليم في الموقع.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان أدوات إدارة المشاريع وبرامج MS Office؛ الإلمام بأنظمة ERP أو أنظمة تتبع اللوجستيات ميزة إضافية.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية وحل المشكلات قوية، مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والالتزام بمعايير السلامة والامتثال.
- مهارات اتصال فعالة باللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية تُعد ميزة إضافية.

- Candidates should possess inspection and quality-related skills, including experience with Inspection processes and compliance with technical specifications.
- Candidates should possess logistics-focused skills, such as Logistics Management and coordination of shipments, warehousing, and site delivery.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in engineering, business, supply chain, or a related field.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office; familiarity with ERP or logistics tracking systems is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and adherence to safety and compliance standards.
- Effective communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an asset.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
