شركة NOV تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس خدمة ميدانية (Field Service Engineer) في الدمام، المنطقة الشرقية، السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
إكمال تركيبات أنظمة MDTotco، والتحقيق في مشكلات المنتج، وصيانة الأنظمة وفقًا لمعايير MDTotco لتحقيق رضا العملاء.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إصلاح وصيانة وفحص وتشغيل جميع منتجات MDTotco.
- تركيب / ترقية منتجات MDTotco.
- القيام بالتشغيل اليومي والصيانة ومراقبة معدات MDTotco لتحقيق أفضل أداء.
- تقديم تقرير نشاط يومي.
- تنظيف واختبار وإصلاح الأجزاء / الأنظمة المتوفرة في المخازن المخصصة.
- تدريب العملاء على تشغيل وصيانة المعدات.
- الاستجابة السريعة (دون تجاوز حدود السلامة) للمكالمات الواردة من رؤساء القسم أو مدير الشركة.
- قد يُطلب القيام بأعمال ورشة، ويجب تنظيف وترتيب مكان العمل بعد الانتهاء.
- الامتثال لجميع إجراءات وسياسات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة في NOV.
- القدرة على قراءة رسومات الأجهزة وتوصيلها بشكل صحيح، ومد الكابلات من طرف إلى آخر.
- القدرة على العمل بمفردك وكونك عضوًا فعالًا في الفريق.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الكهربائية / هندسة الأجهزة أو ما يعادلها.
- 1-2 سنوات من الخبرة.
- مهارات استخدام مايكروسوفت أوفيس.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.
- خبرة في أي نظام لأجهزة الحفر.
- أساسيات الشبكات / القدرة على قراءة مخططات التوصيلات الكهربائية الأساسية / خلفية في الأجهزة.
- إتمام دروس في الكهرباء والإلكترونيات الأساسية، والإلمام التام بممارسات وإجراءات السلامة المناسبة عند التعامل مع الدوائر الكهربائية واستكشاف أعطالها.
- الاستعداد للسفر دوليًا.
- الشخصية ذاتية التحفيز.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Complete MDTotco system installations, investigate product problems and maintain the systems functioning as per MDTotco standard in order to achieve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities/Accountabilty & Authority
- Repair, service, inspection and commissioning of all MDTotco products
- Installation / Upgrade MDTotco products
- Carry out the day-to-day operation and maintenance and monitoring of MDTotco Equipment for best performance.
- Provide activity report daily.
- Clean, test and repair parts/systems available in stores were assigned to
- Provide clients Training on equipment operation and maintenance.
- Fast response (without crossing safety limits) to calls either from rias or the manager requests
- Workshop jobs might be requested, cleaning and arranging after work is completed is a must.
- comply with all NOV Health, Safety and Environment procedures and policies
- Ability to read instrumentation drawings and connect them correctly, laying down cables from one end to another.
- Ability to work alone and be a team player.
- Bachelor's degree in electrical/Instrumentation engineering or equivalent.
- 1 -2 years of experience
- Microsoft Office Skills.
- English language proficiency
- Practice with any Drilling Instrumentation system.
- Basic Networking / ability to read basic electrical connections diagram /Instrumentation background.
- Completed classes in basic electricity and electronics and be intensely aware of proper safety practices and procedures when dealing with and troubleshooting electrical circuits.
- Must be prepared for international travel
- Must be self-motivating individual
- The above list is not exhaustive, and the individual may be required to carry out other tasks that Management feel are considered reasonable within the context of this role.
