Activation & Events Senior Associate

Cenomi Centers | Jeddah

We’re looking for an Activation & Events Senior Associate to help bring engaging events and experiences to life across our malls.

Role Purpose:

Support the planning and execution of mall activations and promotional campaigns that enhance the customer experience and increase footfall. Work closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver events in line with approved objectives and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate mall events and seasonal activations in line with the approved marketing calendar.
• Prepare event execution plans covering schedules and logistics.
• Coordinate with agencies and suppliers to deliver activities on time.
• Work with mall teams to ensure operational readiness and secure required approvals and permits.
• Oversee event setup and on-site execution through to dismantling.
• Support tenant participation in events and promotional activities.
• Monitor event budgets and delivery standards.
• Track attendance and customer engagement. Prepare post-event reports with recommendations for future activities.
• Ensure event branding and promotional materials follow company guidelines.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Event Management or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in events or mall activations or retail marketing or hospitality or entertainment.
• Proven experience coordinating events and customer engagement initiatives. Experience within shopping malls or major retail destinations is preferred.
• Strong event planning and supplier coordination skills with knowledge of budgeting and on-site delivery.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning or reporting tools.
• Arabic and English proficiency is preferred.
