شركة بترورابغ تعلن عن وظيفة مهندس صيانة (Maintenance Engineer) في رابغ، منطقة مكة المكرمة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إعداد جدول العمل وتوفير التوجيه لإعداد التصاميم والعمليات والبيانات ذات الصلة للمشكلات الهندسية شديدة التعقيد، لضمان إنجاز العمل وفق المواعيد النهائية والمعايير الهندسية.
- قيادة تطوير المقترحات للمشاريع الهندسية شديدة التعقيد، بما في ذلك تعريف النطاق والعلاقات المتبادلة والحلول المادية وتقدير التكاليف.
- الإشراف على تنفيذ المشاريع لضمان تنفيذها وفق الخطة.
- التوصية بتركيبات جديدة لمصافي التكرير والمنشآت البتروكيماوية أو إجراء تعديلات لتحسين المرافق الحالية وتوحيد المعايير.
- مراجعة وتجميع التقارير حول الدراسات الهندسية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات الإدارية.
- تقديم التدريب للمهندسين ذوي المستوى الأدنى والإشراف على أعمالهم لضمان نقل المهارات بشكل مناسب وتعزيز أداء العمل وفق المعايير.
- أداء أي مهام ومسؤوليات أخرى يكلف بها من قبل المشرف الأول للهندسة والتخطيط.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في تخصص الهندسة الميكانيكية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات، ويفضل في مجال التكرير أو الصناعة البتروكيماوية.
- معرفة بالممارسات الهندسية والمبادئ الاقتصادية وطرق الحساب وتفاصيل التصميم.

Duties & Responsibilities
- 1. Work Schedule: Prepare a schedule of work and provide direction for the preparation of designs, processes and related data for very complex engineering problems to ensure that work is completed as per deadline and engineering standards.
- 2. Proposal Development: Lead proposal development for highly complex engineering projects, including scope definition, interrelationship, physical solution definition and cost estimate.
- 3. Project Management: Supervise project execution to ensure that project is implemented as per plan.
- 4. Process Improvement: Recommend new refinery and petrochemical installations or modifications to improve existing facilities and standardization.
- 5. Reporting: Review and consolidate reports on engineering studies to support Management decision-making.
- 6. Coaching: Provide coaching to lower-level engineers and supervise their work to ensure proper transfer of skills is taking place to enhance work performance as per standards.
- 7. General Tasks: Perform any other duties and responsibilities as designated by the Sr. Supervisor Engineering and Planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience preferably in the refinery or petrochemical industry.
- Knowledge of engineering practices & economic principles, calculation methods & design details.
