Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning process across the organization, working closely with senior leadership to define and articulate the company's vision and objectives.
• Oversee the execution of strategic projects, ensuring that milestones are met, and resources are effectively utilized.
• Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform strategic decision-making and identify new opportunities for growth.
• Establish performance metrics to evaluate the success of strategic initiatives and report on progress to stakeholders.

Requirements
