Position Overview:

The Senior Director - Commercial at Qiddiya Investment Company will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our commercial strategies for landmark projects within the entertainment and leisure industry. This leadership position demands a forward-thinking professional who can navigate complex commercial landscapes, ensuring that all initiatives align with the company’s vision and deliver tangible outcomes.

In this role, you will spearhead commercial operations, focusing on maximizing value, mitigating risks, and leading contract negotiations. Key Responsibilities:

• Formulate and implement commercial strategies aligned with company objectives for major projects.

• Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
• Foster relationships with external partners to facilitate collaboration and enhance project outcomes.
• Mentor and develop the commercial team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management to inform strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.
• 15+ years of experience in commercial management or contract negotiation within the construction, real estate sectors.
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale projects and contracts.
• Exceptional negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
• Leadership experience with a focus on team development and performance enhancement.
• Proficiency in commercial management tools and software.
