Lead a business you can build

Hamim is a Saudi technology startup delivering mobile car-wash services to individual customers and corporate fleets. We are hiring a hands-on Managing Director with CEO-level responsibility for P&L, cash flow, operations, people, and profitable growth. Your mandate is to improve unit economics and build a sustainable business across cities.

You will report directly to holding company top management. Goals, business plans, and budgets require their approval; expansion follows plans set by the board and the applicable approval framework. Frequent travel within Saudi Arabia may be required.

What you will own

• Financial performance: Own budgeting, forecasting, pricing, working capital, and cash flow. Improve contribution margin per wash and profitability by service, contract, and city.

• Field operations: Work alongside washers, supervisors, and city teams. Improve workforce utilization, dispatch and scheduling, route density, and average washes per washer per day while protecting safety and wash quality.

• Profitable growth: Improve customer acquisition, retention, subscriptions, and customer payback. Develop commercially sound B2B fleet contracts and manage collections.

• City expansion: Validate demand and launch new cities and markets under approved plans. Own staffing, training, equipment readiness, launch execution, and post-launch performance.

• People and systems: Build accountable teams, practical standard operating procedures, reliable reporting, and effective booking, dispatch, and payment processes.

• Execution and governance: Investigate problems directly, close corrective actions, and report results and risks clearly to holding company management.

What you bring

• Business or business-unit P&L ownership with evidence of improving profitability and cash performance.

• Senior leadership experience in car washing, automotive services, mobile services, field operations, fleet services, logistics, last-mile delivery, or a comparable distributed service business. Direct car-wash experience is valuable; relevant operating capability from adjacent sectors is welcome.

• Practical command of workforce productivity, capacity utilization, service delivery costs, pricing, customer economics, and B2B commercial agreements.

• An owner’s commitment: proactive problem solving, attention to detail, resourcefulness, urgency with discipline, and willingness to roll up your sleeves alongside frontline teams.

• Technology startup leadership or scale-up experience strongly preferred, especially in on-demand platforms, marketplaces, mobility, or logistics. Ability to work with product and engineering teams and use technology and data to improve operations. Multi-city launch experience preferred; frequent Saudi travel may be required.

• Saudi-market experience and professional Arabic and English proficiency preferred.

Your first 90 days

Establish a reliable financial and operating baseline, assess city performance and team capabilities, and obtain approval for a focused sustainability plan. Agree measurable targets for contribution margin, cash flow, productivity, retention, service reliability, and approved expansion.
