Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Al Khobar, focused on promoting TAPA Real Estate’s services and properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and implementing marketing campaigns, coordinating online and offline advertising, and creating content for social media, email, and other channels. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, and preparing reports to support business decisions and sales initiatives. The Marketing Specialist will collaborate closely with sales and property management teams to generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and ensure consistent messaging. Additional tasks may include organizing promotional events, maintaining marketing materials, and supporting customer engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
