Mathaqat Foods Company is looking for talented and creative Saudi Nationals to join our team in Al Khobar!

We are currently hiring for the following positions:

🔹 1. Marketing Coordinator

🔹 2. Graphic Designer

📍 Location: Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia

💼 Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Mathaqat Foods Company operates a diverse portfolio of restaurants, fine dining concepts, and catering services across multiple brands, including Lucas Pastaria, Jar Wared, Al Mokhayyam, Zafi, Qaf Catering Services, and Sports Hub.

We are committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences, developing innovative food concepts, and strengthening our brands in a dynamic and growing marketplace.

• Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities across our brands.
• Develop engaging social media content and manage content calendars.
• Design creative marketing materials, including social media graphics, menus, digital advertisements, and promotional collateral.
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing communications and visual assets.
• Collaborate with restaurant operations and sales teams to support business growth.
• Assist with events, restaurant promotions, brand activations, and marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance and support continuous improvement in brand visibility.

• Diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, writing, organizational, and project management skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign, or equivalent tools.
• Understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in F&B, hospitality, or retail marketing is an advantage.
