Al Farabi Medical Company is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Pharmacy Operations Manager to oversee the operational performance of a pharmacy chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for optimizing daily operations, improving sales and profitability, managing inventory, developing branch teams, and ensuring compliance with Saudi pharmaceutical regulations. This role is essential to achieving operational excellence, sustainable business growth, and consistent service quality across all pharmacy branches.

• Oversee the daily operations of all pharmacy branches, ensuring compliance with company policies and operational standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve sales, profitability, and business growth targets.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze branch performance, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
• Manage inventory levels, product availability, stock accuracy, and the reduction of expired and slow-moving products.
• Supervise, support, and develop branch managers and pharmacy teams to improve productivity and performance.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Food and Drug Authority (SFDA) regulations and applicable healthcare requirements.
• Monitor customer service standards and enhance the customer experience across all branches.
• Analyze sales performance, operating costs, and profit margins to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Coordinate with procurement, finance, HR, marketing, and supply chain departments to ensure efficient operations.
• Conduct regular branch visits and operational audits to maintain quality and compliance standards.
• Prepare periodic operational and financial reports and present recommendations to senior management.
• Participate in business expansion plans, new branch openings, and continuous operational improvement initiatives.

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy; an additional qualification in Business Administration or Management is preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmacy operations or pharmaceutical retail management.
• Proven experience managing multiple pharmacy branches or a pharmacy chain.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management, sales performance, cost control, and profitability analysis.
• Good understanding of Saudi pharmaceutical regulations and SFDA requirements.
• Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, reporting tools, and pharmacy management or ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a demonstrated focus on achieving business targets.
• Previous experience in the Saudi pharmaceutical retail market is highly preferred.
