المهام والمسؤوليات
- تحديد الأهداف طويلة المدى وتوجيه قرارات الاستثمار والشراكة الرئيسية.
- الإشراف على الأنشطة التشغيلية والمالية والتجارية الأساسية.
- التعاون مع كبار القادة لمواءمة عروض الخدمات اللوجستية وسلاسل الإمداد مع احتياجات السوق.
- الحفاظ على معايير الخدمة العالية ودفع الابتكار في خدمات الأسطول والنقل.
- مراجعة تقارير الأداء وإدارة علاقات أصحاب المصلحة.
- ضمان الامتثال للوائح ذات الصلة وتعزيز ثقافة السلامة والنزاهة والتحسين المستمر.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- قدرات قيادية قوية وتخطيط استراتيجي واتخاذ قرارات لتوجيه اتجاه الأعمال العام.
- خبرة واسعة في الخدمات اللوجستية أو إدارة سلاسل الإمداد أو النقل مع معرفة بممارسات التجارة العالمية.
- فطنة مالية تشمل إعداد الميزانيات وتقييم الاستثمارات وإدارة الربحية.
- القدرة على بناء والحفاظ على علاقات مع أصحاب المصلحة الرئيسيين والشركاء والجهات التنظيمية.
- خبرة في الإشراف على الأداء التشغيلي ومعايير الجودة والامتثال للوائح الصناعة.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل والتفاوض باللغة الإنجليزية؛ إجادة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة كبيرة.
