تعلن فقيه للرعاية الصحية عن فرصة وظيفية لمشرف تمريض (Charge Nurse) في الرياض.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • الإشراف على تقديم الرعاية للمرضى بفعالية، بما في ذلك مراجعة التقييمات وخطط الرعاية والتدخلات العلاجية.
  • الإشراف ودعم طاقم التمريض والطلاب، بما في ذلك جدولة المناوبات وإدارة أعباء العمل وتقديم التوجيه والإرشاد.
  • مراقبة وتقييم جودة الرعاية المقدمة من فريق التمريض ومعالجة أي قضايا تتعلق بسلامة المرضى ومعايير الرعاية.
  • إجراء جولات ميدانية هادفة داخل القسم للتفاعل مع المرضى والموظفين وضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم ومنع المضاعفات.
  • التنسيق مع الكوادر الصحية الأخرى (أطباء، معالجين، أخصائيين اجتماعيين) لضمان رعاية شاملة ومستمرة.
  • الإشراف على كتابة التقارير التمريضية والتوثيق بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد، وضمان الامتثال للمتطلبات القانونية والتنظيمية.
  • تنظيم الأنشطة اليومية للقسم وإنجاز المهام في وقتها، بما في ذلك مراقبة المرضى والإجراءات والتنويم والنقل والتحويل.
  • إجراء جولات يومية في كل مناوبة للتحقق من جاهزية الغرف وطلبات الصيانة.
  • ضمان إنجاز المهام اليومية والتحقق من امتثال جميع موظفي القسم.
  • ضمان الامتثال لمكافحة العدوى من قبل جميع التخصصات، ومراقبة الالتزام بحزم الإجراءات.
  • قيادة الاستجابة لحالات الطوارئ والتنسيق مع خدمات الطوارئ واتخاذ الإجراءات المناسبة.
  • معالجة المشكلات غير المتوقعة وحلها أثناء رعاية المرضى أو داخل القسم.
  • دعم تدريب الموظفين والتعليم المستمر والمشاركة في الأنشطة التعليمية.
  • إجراء تقييمات أداء طاقم التمريض خلال المناوبة وتقديم الملاحظات وتحديد مجالات التحسين.
  • إدارة المستلزمات والمعدات الطبية وضمان توفر الموارد اللازمة بحالة جيدة.
  • مراقبة ميزانية القسم وإدارة التكاليف وضمان الاستخدام الفعال للموارد.
  • تقديم القيادة والدعم لفريق التمريض وتعزيز بيئة عمل إيجابية والعمل الجماعي.
  • اتخاذ قرارات حاسمة بشأن رعاية المرضى وإدارة الموظفين والقضايا التشغيلية تحت الضغط.
  • عقد جلسات سلامة في بداية المناوبة أو عند الحاجة لتعزيز سلامة المرضى وتحسين التواصل.
  • تسهيل التواصل الفعال داخل فريق التمريض وبين الأقسام، ورفع المخاوف إلى مدير القسم والمشرفين.
  • معالجة استفسارات المرضى والعائلات وتحديث حالتهم ومراعاة احتياجاتهم.
  • إدارة وحل النزاعات بين الموظفين أو المرضى أو العائلات بشكل مهني وبناء.
  • إظهار مهارات تواصل متعاطفة أثناء دعم ورعاية المرضى والموظفين.
  • الحفاظ على نهج إيجابي واستباقي تجاه التحديات.
  • تثقيف المرضى وعائلاتهم حول الحالات الصحية والعلاجات والإجراءات الوقائية.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • شهادة بكالوريوس في التمريض أو ما يعادلها.
  • خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين كاملتين في التمريض المسجل، منها سنة واحدة كممرض مسؤول (Charge Nurse) في نفس التخصص.
  • رخصة من بلد المنشاء، ورخصة مزاولة المهنة من الهيئة التنظيمية الصحية الإقليمية (مثل SCFHS أو DHA).
  • شهادات BLS و ACLS ودورات LSTC الأخرى حسب الحاجة.
  • إتقان ممتاز للغة الإنجليزية، واللغة العربية إضافة.

المهارات المطلوبة

  • التوجه الخدمي والمهنية مع تواصل مفتوح.
  • مهارات شخصية ممتازة مع إثبات في القيادة والإدارة.
  • مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية ممتازة.
  • مهارات حاسوبية (Word, Excel, PowerPoint وغيرها) ومهارات إدارية (هاتف، تصوير، إعداد جدول الأعمال ومحاضر الاجتماعات).

Description

  • Clinical Oversight:
  • Ensures patient care is delivered effectively and efficiently, including overseeing patient assessments, care plans, and treatment interventions.
  • Supervises and supports nursing staff and students, including scheduling shifts, managing workloads, and providing guidance and preceptorship.
  • Monitors and evaluates the nursing team's quality of care, addressing issues related to patient safety and care standards.
  • Conducts purposeful rounding on the unit, visiting and interacting with patients and staff to ensure their needs are met, prevent complications, and improve overall care quality.
  • Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Coordinates patient care with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive and continuous care.
  • Oversees accurate and timely patient care and nursing documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Organize and oversee the unit's daily activities, completing all tasks promptly, including patient monitoring, Procedures, admissions, transfers, and discharges.
  • Conduct unit rounds every shift to ensure all rooms were ready to use and all required maintenance requests were in place.
  • Ensure the completion of daily unit assignments and countercheck the compliance of all unit staff.
  • Ensure compliance with the infection control practice by all disciplines. - Monitor and countercheck the compliance of all bundles.
  • Emergency and Crisis Management:
  • Leads the response to emergencies, including coordinating with emergency services and ensuring appropriate actions are taken.
  • Addresses and resolves unexpected issues or complications during patient care or within the unit.
  • Staff Development and Training:
  • Supports staff training and continuing education to ensure that nursing staff remain current with best practices and new developments in healthcare. Supports and participates in continuous educational activities.
  • Conducts performance evaluations for nursing staff during the shift, providing feedback and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Resource Management:
  • Manages and oversees medical supplies and equipment, ensuring that necessary resources are available and in good condition.
  • Monitors and manages the unit’s budget, including controlling costs and ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Leadership and Decision-Making:
  • Provides leadership and support to the nursing team, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork and collaboration.
  • Makes critical decisions regarding patient care, staff management, and operational issues, often under pressure and with limited information.
  • Communication and Collaboration:
  • Conducts safety huddles at the beginning of the shift or as needed to enhance patient safety and improve communication among the healthcare team.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:

  • Service-oriented, professional with open communication.
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal skills and have demonstrated in leadership and management.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Computer skills (Word, excel, power point, etc.) And Clerical Skills (phone, scanning, scanning, preparing agenda and taking Minutes of Meetings, etc.) competencies, technical skills and personal attributes as required.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years full time registration nursing experience with one year as a charge nurse in the same specialty.

Education: Bachelor Degree in Nursing or Equivalent. Language: Excellent command of English language ,Arabic is a plus.

Licenses / Certifications: License from the country of origin, License for practice as per the regional health regulatory authority e.g. (SCFHS / DHA), BLS, ACLS and other LSTC courses as applicable.
