المهام والمسؤوليات
- معالجة الرواتب وفقاً لسياسات الشركة واللوائح المحلية.
- احتساب الرواتب، العمل الإضافي، الخصومات، المزايا، والمكافآت.
- ضمان دقة مساهمات ضريبة الرواتب والتأمينات الاجتماعية.
- التعامل مع الحجز على الأجور والخصومات القانونية الأخرى.
- التنسيق مع إدارة الموارد البشرية والمالية للحفاظ على سجلات الموظفين محدثة.
- الرد على استفسارات الرواتب بشكل مهني وفي الوقت المناسب.
- دعم عمليات التدقيق الدوري، وإعداد تقارير الرواتب.
- المساعدة في تحسين العمليات وضمان الامتثال لقوانين العمل والضوابط الداخلية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في معالجة الرواتب وإدارة الرواتب (Payroll Processing & Payroll Administration).
- مهارات في ضرائب الرواتب وخدمات الرواتب (Payroll Taxes & Payroll Services) لضمان احتساب الضرائب الصحيح والتقارير القانونية.
- مهارات في التعامل مع الحجز على الأجور والخصومات الإلزامية وفقاً للمتطلبات القانونية.
- معرفة قوية بقانون العمل السعودي، التأمينات الاجتماعية (GOSI)، واللوائح المحلية للرواتب.
- إجادة استخدام أنظمة الرواتب وأنظمة HRIS، بالإضافة إلى MS Excel وتطبيقات المكتب الأخرى.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل، الدقة الرقمية، السرية، والقدرة على العمل مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.
- مهارات تواصل كتابية وشفهية قوية باللغة الإنجليزية؛ مهارات اللغة العربية ميزة إضافية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة ذات صلة في مجال الرواتب أو المالية، ويفضل في مؤسسات كبيرة أو متعددة الكيانات؛ خبرة في قطاعات متنوعة ميزة.
- دبلوم أو درجة بكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية، إدارة الأعمال، أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).

Role Description The Payroll Specialist is a contract, on-site role based in Dammam, responsible for managing end-to-end payroll operations for employees within the Group and its subsidiaries. Day-to-day tasks include processing payroll in accordance with company policies and local regulations, calculating salaries, overtime, deductions, benefits, and bonuses, and ensuring accurate payroll tax and social insurance contributions. The role involves handling garnishments and other statutory deductions, coordinating with HR and Finance to maintain up-to-date employee records, and resolving payroll-related inquiries in a timely and professional manner. The Payroll Specialist will also support periodic audits, prepare payroll reports, assist in process improvements, and help ensure compliance with labor laws and internal controls.

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Payroll Processing and Payroll Administration to manage accurate, timely, and compliant payroll cycles.
- Candidates should possess skills in Payroll Taxes and Payroll Services to ensure correct tax calculations, statutory reporting, and coordination with external service providers when applicable.
- Candidates should possess skills in handling Garnishments and other mandated deductions in line with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, social insurance (GOSI), and local payroll regulations is highly beneficial.
- Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems, as well as MS Excel and other office applications, is preferred.
- Relevant experience in payroll or finance, ideally within large or multi-entity organizations; experience in diversified sectors is an advantage.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Attention to detail, numerical accuracy, confidentiality, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
