Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales & Marketing Executive role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will be responsible for promoting RubyDean’s travel and visa services, generating new business leads, and building strong relationships with individual and corporate clients.

Key responsibilities include identifying potential customers, conducting market research, responding to inquiries, preparing and presenting service proposals, and following up with prospective clients to convert leads into confirmed bookings.

The role will also involve supporting marketing campaigns, managing digital and offline promotional activities, maintaining customer relationships, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely service delivery.

The Sales & Marketing Executive will monitor sales and marketing performance, prepare regular reports, and contribute ideas to improve customer reach, lead generation, and overall service offerings.

Qualifications

• High School / Intermediate Certificate (12th Grade) is required.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, travel, tourism, or a related industry.
• Strong sales and marketing skills with the ability to generate leads and convert them into customers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of travel, tourism, visa services, and related products.
• Strong customer relationship and negotiation skills.
• Ability to follow up with prospective clients and close sales effectively.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Attention to detail when handling bookings, customer information, and travel documentation.
• Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Customer-focused, target-oriented, and professional approach.
