We are seeking an experienced Manager - Management & Technology Consulting to join our growing consulting team in Riyadh. This position is open to Saudi nationals.

The successful candidate will lead consulting engagements, manage client relationships and contribute to business development across the Saudi Arabian market. The role involves working with government, semi-government and private sector organisations on strategy, digital transformation, operational improvement and organisational transformation initiatives.

This position offers the opportunity to contribute to projects aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 while supporting the continued growth of Alchemy Global's consulting practice in the Kingdom.

• Lead and manage management and technology consulting engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables and successful project outcomes.
• Develop strategic assessments, operating models, transformation roadmaps, business cases and executive presentations.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, risks and multidisciplinary consulting teams.
• Identify new business opportunities and lead the preparation of technical and commercial proposals, including responses to RFPs and tenders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior client stakeholders across government, semi-government and private sector organisations.
• Provide strategic advisory support across areas such as business strategy, digital transformation, technology, data and operational excellence.
• Lead, mentor and develop consultants and analysts, supporting team performance and professional development.
• Contribute to the growth of Alchemy Global's consulting practice, service offerings and market presence in Saudi Arabia.

• 6-8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, technology consulting or a closely related field, including at least 2-3 years in a managerial or project leadership capacity.
• Proven experience delivering consulting engagements for clients in Saudi Arabia or the wider GCC.
• Demonstrated experience in business development, proposal preparation and managing technical and commercial RFP submissions.
• Strong expertise in at least one of the following areas: strategy, digital transformation, data and AI, operating model design, organisational transformation or governance.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment, with knowledge of Vision 2030 and national transformation initiatives considered an advantage.
• Experience managing consulting teams, senior stakeholders and multiple concurrent engagements.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and presentation skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Information Technology or a related field. An MBA or relevant postgraduate qualification is preferred.
• Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, TOGAF or Lean Six Sigma are an advantage.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken, is required.
