About the Role

As the PR & Communications Manager, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing the company’s corporate narrative, shaping its brand footprint across the GCC, and supporting the CEO’s public profile. This role serves as a trusted bridge between executive leadership, top-tier media, and global partners, ensuring the company’s vision is shared with clarity and resonance.

Core Responsibilities

• Shape Regional Strategy: Co-create and implement a comprehensive PR and communications strategy aligned with global corporate values.
• Refine Executive Messaging: Review and perfect press releases, corporate announcements, and high-level communications prior to final executive approval.
• Cultivate Elite Media Networks: Build and sustain meaningful, high-trust partnerships with key journalists and media editors across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
• Elevate Thought Leadership: Secure impactful media coverage and curate premium thought leadership opportunities for the CEO and executive team.
• Guide Agency Partners: Orchestrate external agency relationships, fostering a collaborative and high-performing partnership to deliver world-class campaigns.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven Expertise: 5+ years of experience in PR or Corporate Communications.
• Prestigious Agency Pedigree: A strong background working within or closely partnering with a prestigious, tier-one PR agency, bringing premium industry standards and creative excellence.
• Articulate Storytelling: Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Executive Advisory: Proven comfort and grace in partnering closely as a trusted advisor to C-level executives.
• Creative Execution: A proactive professional who thrives in the day-to-day creative process, taking concepts from ideation to flawless execution.
