شركة تسهيلات ماركتينج كو (سلسلة محطات وقود) تعلن عن توفر وظيفة مهندس مشاريع أول في جدة، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فرق المشاريع لضمان إنجاز المشاريع الموكلة ضمن الميزانية والجدول الزمني المعتمدين مع تحقيق أهداف العمل.
- وضع نطاق عمل تفصيلي للمشاريع، وجداول زمنية، وتقديرات التكاليف، وخطط الموارد.
- التعاون مع فرق التصميم لتطوير خطط المشاريع، والمواصفات، والإجراءات، والتصاميم الهندسية.
- توجيه الفرق متعددة التخصصات ومراجعة التصاميم الفنية والوثائق الهندسية.
- تحديد المخاطر المحتملة للمشاريع ووضع خطط التخفيف منها.
- مراقبة التقدم، وتوفير الرقابة المالية، وضمان جودة المشروع.
- توفير جميع الاتصالات اللازمة بين أصحاب المصلحة وضمان الحصول على جميع المراجعات والموافقات المطلوبة.
- ضمان التزام جميع المخرجات بمعايير الامتثال الصناعي وإرشادات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة.
- العمل كنقطة اتصال فنية رئيسية لأصحاب المصلحة، وتقديم تقارير منتظمة عن التقدم.
- إجراء دراسات فنية لتحليل وتحسين متطلبات المشروع.
- تقييم الفريق وتقديم التوجيه والتطوير اللازمين لتحسين قدراتهم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو إدارة الإنشاءات أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في هندسة المشاريع، بما في ذلك مشاريع محطات الوقود.
- شهادة إدارة المشاريع الاحترافية (PMP) مفضلة.
- معرفة مثبتة بإرشادات الصحة والسلامة المهنية.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قيادية، وحل المشكلات التحليلي، والتواصل عبر الفرق متعددة التخصصات.
- مهارات حاسوبية ممتازة ومعرفة جيدة ببرامج إدارة المشاريع.
- مهارات تواصل قوية كتابياً وشفهياً.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead projects teams to ensure assigned projects are being completed within approved budget and timeline while meeting company business objectives.
- Develop detailed project scopes, schedules, cost estimates, and resource plans.
- Collaborate with design teams to develop project plans, specifications, procedures and engineering designs.
- Guide cross-functional teams, review technical designs and engineering documentation.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans.
- Monitor progress, provide financial control, and ensure the quality of the project.
- Provide all needed communication between the stakeholders and ensure that all necessary reviews and approvals are received.
- Ensure all deliverables adhere to industry compliance and company safety guidelines.
- Act as primary technical point of contact for Stakeholders, delivering regular progress reports.
- Perform technical studies to analyze and refine project requirements.
- Assess the team and provide required guidance and development to improve their capabilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, or related field.
- 5-10 years of progressive project engineering experience, including Fuel stations projects.
- Project Management Professional certificate is preferred.
- leadership, analytical problem-solving, and cross-functional communication capabilities.
- Excellent computer skills, good knowledge with project management software.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Able to work to agreed deadlines and timescales.
- Demonstrated knowledge of health and safety guidelines.
- Ability to prioritize own time and workload.
