مسؤول الجودة هو دور وظيفي متفرغ في موقع العمل، يهدف إلى الحفاظ على معايير الجودة وتحسينها عبر عمليات وخدمات الشركة. وتشمل المسؤوليات تطبيق إجراءات مراقبة الجودة، وإجراء تدقيقات دورية للعمليات والوثائق، ومراقبة الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية والداخلية، وتحليل البيانات لتحديد الاتجاهات والمخاطر وفرص التحسين، والتعاون مع الفرق المختلفة لتصميم وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تطوير وتنفيذ إجراءات مراقبة الجودة.
- إجراء تدقيقات منتظمة للعمليات والوثائق الداخلية.
- مراقبة الامتثال للمتطلبات التنظيمية ومتطلبات الشركة.
- تحليل البيانات لتحديد الاتجاهات والمخاطر وفرص التحسين.
- التعاون مع الفرق متعددة التخصصات لتصميم وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.
- إعداد تقارير الجودة ودعم التدريب الداخلي على ممارسات الجودة.
- التواصل مع الإدارة لعرض النتائج والتوصيات وضمان خدمة عملاء عالية الجودة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في مراقبة الجودة وإدارة الجودة (Quality Control & Quality Management).
- مهارات تدقيق الجودة (Quality Auditing).
- مهارات تحليلية لتحليل البيانات وتحديد الأسباب الجذرية واقتراح إجراءات تحسين.
- مهارات تواصل فعالة للتنسيق مع الفرق الداخلية وعرض التقارير ودعم التوعية والتدريب.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة في التأمين أو الخدمات المالية أو صناعة منظمة (ميزة إضافية).
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو إدارة الجودة أو الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة (يفضل).
- الشهادات المهنية في الجودة أو التدقيق تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على العمل بشكل منهجي مع الاهتمام بالتفاصيل وإدارة أولويات متعددة.

- Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify root causes, and propose practical improvement actions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, present reports, and support quality awareness and training.
- Experience in insurance, financial services, or a regulated industry is beneficial, along with familiarity with relevant quality and compliance standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, quality management, engineering, or a related field is preferred, with professional certifications in quality or auditing considered an advantage.
- Ability to work systematically, pay close attention to detail, manage multiple priorities, and use standard office and data analysis software effectively.
