تعلن شركة Technogym، المزود الرسمي للألعاب الأولمبية والموجه لأكثر من 70 مليون مستخدم يوميًا، عن توفر وظيفة أخصائي معهد العافية (الاشتراكات) في الرياض، السعودية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق معلمي معهد العافية لتقديم تعليم متميز لمحترفي اللياقة البدنية حول جميع منتجات Technogym (Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic, Group Cycle).
- تنفيذ وإدارة عمليات ضمان الجودة وخطط التطوير الشخصي لتحسين مستوى تقديم التعليم من قبل معلمي المعهد.
- توجيه معلمي المعهد في إنشاء وتقديم برامج فردية وجماعية مبتكرة وجذابة للعملاء.
- تقديم التدريب عبر مجموعة المنتجات والحلول حسب الحاجة.
- اقتراح محتوى تعليمي جديد لورش العمل والمحتوى الرقمي المبتكر وفق أفضل ممارسات معهد العافية.
- إدارة خطط التدريب وأيام التطوير للعملاء، وتطوير مهارات معلمي المعهد لتقديم أيام التطوير.
- إدارة الجدول التدريبي الكامل لتخطيط الموارد.
- التواصل مع فرق المبيعات والعملاء لتحديد الاحتياجات وتقييم فرص التدريب.
- البحث المستمر عن فرص لزيادة رضا العملاء وتعميق العلاقات.
- توفير محتوى وأدوات تدريبية للقنوات والقطاعات المختلفة حول المنتجات الجديدة، وتدريب المستخدمين الرئيسيين عند الحاجة.
- تقديم المعرفة بالمنتجات خلال الفعاليات التسويقية.
- المساعدة في إنشاء شبكة من المدربين الشخصيين لتطوير فعاليات وفرص تعليمية تجذب محترفي اللياقة البدنية.
- إطلاق خدمات جديدة مثل التدريب عن بُعد وخدمات التدريب الشخصي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 3 سنوات أو أكثر كمدرب لياقة رئيسي (Master Fitness Trainer) مع مؤهلات في Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic و Group Cycle.
- درجة علمية في علوم الرياضة والصحة أو علوم النفس - تخصص علوم التمرين والرياضة أو ما يعادلها، ويفضل درجة في الطب الحيوي.
- فهم الاعتبارات التجارية لمرافق اللياقة البدنية.
- معرفة عميقة بمبادئ وهيكل تقديم التعليم.
- خبرة في تقديم التعليم للبالغين في صناعة اللياقة البدنية، مثل العمل مع مزود تدريب يقدم مؤهلات.
- مهارات تواصل شخصية ممتازة وجهًا لوجه وعبر الهاتف والكتابة.
- معرفة راسخة بأساليب التعليم الشاملة والمتقنة والمنظمة.
- القدرة على تقديم تعليم جذاب عالي المستوى باستخدام مجموعة واسعة من أساليب التعلم للمشاركين.
- البقاء في طليعة الممارسات الناشئة في الصناعة.

In this role, you will be responsible for providing an outstanding education on all Technogym products to engage fitness professionals, aid customer success and enhance brand loyalty. You will play a key part in leading the growth of the Personal Trainer Network and revenue creation in line with the Go Consumer strategy.

Your Role

Your Impact
- Lead Wellness Institute Educators to provide market-leading education to fitness professionals on all Fit, Functional, Outrace, Skill Athletic and Group Cycle Technogym products
- Implement and manage quality assurance processes and personal development plans to continually improve the standard of education delivery by Wellness Institute Educators
- Lead the Wellness Institute Educators in creating and delivering innovative and engaging individual and group programing for customers
- Deliver training across the product and solution portfolio as required
- Suggest new educational content for bespoke and innovative workshops and online content following the Technogym Wellness Institute best practice
- Manage training plans and development days for customers to implement development plans and to upskill Wellness Institute Educators so that they deliver the Wellness Institute development days
- Manage the full training schedule for resource planning
- Communicate with Sales Teams and Customers to identify needs and evaluate training opportunities
- Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen relationships
- Provide training content and tools to the various channels/segment on new products launched in the market, training Key Users as required
- Deliver product knowledge during marketing events
- Assist in the creation of a personal trainer network to develop events and educational opportunities to engage fitness professionals
- Launch new service offerings such as remote coaching and personal training services

What You Should Bring
- 3+ years’ experience as Master Fitness Trainer, with qualifications across Fit, Functional Outrace, Skill Athletic and Group Cycle
- Sports and Health Science Degree or Psychological Science Degree - Exercise and Sports Science or similar/biomedical degree desirable
- Understanding of the commercial considerations for fitness facilities
- Deep knowledge of the principles and structure of education delivery
- Experience in delivering education to adults in the fitness industry, e.g. for a training provider delivering qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills in-person, by telephone and in written communications
- Solid knowledge of thorough, proficient and well-structured approaches to education
- Able to deliver a high standard of engaging education using a wide range of learning styles to delegates
- At the forefront of emerging industry practices
