We are looking for a sociable, approachable, and confident communicator who builds strong relationships with employees across all levels of the organization. Someone who knows the team, celebrates their achievements, and creates a genuine sense of belonging.

At the same time, this person must be fair, objective, and firm when evaluating performance. They should be comfortable addressing performance issues honestly, providing constructive feedback without bias, and handling difficult conversations professionally while maintaining positive working relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Company Culture & Employee Engagement

* Promote company values and embed them into the daily work environment.

* Organize employee celebrations, including birthdays, work anniversaries, promotions, and achievements.

* Plan internal events and seasonal celebrations, including Ramadan, Eid, and Saudi National Day.

* Develop and manage employee recognition and rewards programs.

* Welcome and onboard new employees, creating a positive experience that helps them feel part of the company from day one.

* Measure employee satisfaction and engagement, providing actionable recommendations to management.

2. Performance Management

* Manage the performance review cycle and ensure managers complete evaluations within the designated timelines.

* Collaborate with department managers to establish performance objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

* Conduct objective and fair performance evaluations, addressing underperformance clearly and professionally.

* Facilitate employee feedback sessions and ensure constructive communication.

* Monitor Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and follow up on progress, recommending appropriate actions when performance does not improve.

* Analyze performance evaluation results and prepare reports for management.

3. Learning & Development

* Identify employees’ training needs based on performance evaluations and job requirements.

* Develop the annual training plan and budget.

* Coordinate with training providers, enroll employees in training programs, and monitor attendance.

* Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and measure their impact on employee performance.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date training records for all employees.

Requirements:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

* 2-4 years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Learning & Development or Performance Management.

* Strong interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills.

* Ability to balance approachability and employee engagement with fairness and firmness in decision-making.

* Excellent skills in handling difficult conversations and resolving workplace conflicts.

* Knowledge of Saudi labor regulations and local training platforms, such as Hadaf and Doroob.

* Proficiency in Arabic and English.

* Strong command of Microsoft Excel and standard office productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience in organizing corporate events or managing Employee Experience initiatives.

* Professional certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, or relevant training and development certifications.

* Experience with HR systems, particularly Odoo.

* Previous experience in retail or e-commerce.
