معهد الصناعات الغذائية (Food Industries Polytechnic) في الرياض يعلن عن حاجة إلى مدرس لغة إنجليزية بدوام جزئي لدعم المتدربين في تطوير مهارات القراءة والكتابة والتحدث والاستماع.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم دروس إنجليزية تفاعلية تركز على المتدرب لمتعلمين متنوعين بنظام الدوام الجزئي
- تخطيط وتنفيذ خطط دراسية متوافقة مع أهداف المنهج والمعايير
- تقييم تقدم المتدربين وتقديم ملاحظات في الوقت المناسب
- تكييف التعليم ليلبي احتياجات التعلم الفردية ومستويات الكفاءة اللغوية
- إدارة توقعات الفصل والحفاظ على بيئة تعليمية إيجابية وشاملة
- التعاون مع المعلمين والمنسقين والموظفين الداعمين لتحسين نتائج المتدربين
- الحفاظ على سجلات حضور دقيقة والمشاركة في الاجتماعات الدورية والتطوير المهني
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في التدريس
- درجة البكالوريوس في اللغة الإنجليزية أو التربية أو مجال ذي صلة
- شهادة تدريس أو مؤهل تدريسي (حسب متطلبات المنطقة)
- إتقان تدريس اللغة الإنجليزية وإدارة الفصل
- مهارات تواصل قوية وشخصية
- القدرة على العمل بجدول زمني مرن بنظام الدوام الجزئي
- يفضل خبرة في تدريس الإنجليزية كلغة ثانية أو مع متعلمين متعددي اللغات
- الإلمام بمنصات التعلم الرقمية وأدوات التدريس عبر الإنترنت
- منهج تدريسي إبداعي وقابل للتكيف
- خبرة في تصميم التقييم والتعليم المبني على البيانات
- يفضل المتقدمات من الإناث لهذا المنصب

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging, trainee-centered English lessons to diverse learners in a part-time capacity
- Plan and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum goals and standards
- Assess student progress and provide timely feedback to trainee's
- Adapt instruction to meet individual learning needs and language proficiency levels
- Manage classroom expectations and maintain a positive, inclusive learning environment
- Collaborate with teachers, coordinators, and support staff to enhance student outcomes
- Maintain accurate attendance records and participate in regular meetings and professional development
- 3-5 years of experience in teaching
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
- Teaching certification or credential (as applicable by location)
- Proficiency in English instruction and classroom management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a part-time, flexible schedule
- Experience teaching English as a second language or with multilingual learners
