نبحث عن مدير برنامج - المدارس الدولية لتشغيل وتوسيع نطاق العروض الدولية. ستعمل تحت إشراف رئيس المسارات الدولية. هذا دور تشغيلي ورؤيوي. مهمتك التأكد من أن كل جزء متحرك من المسار (الجداول، المعلمون، المشرفون، التواصل مع أولياء الأمور، البيانات) يعمل في الوقت المحدد، وفق المعايير، ويتحسن كل فصل دراسي. ستكون أيضًا صاحب رؤية، تساعدنا في خلق لحظات "رائعة" لطلابنا. ستأتي بأفكار إبداعية مذهلة لبناء تجربة تعليمية لا مثيل لها. هناك فرصة نمو لا نهائية في هذا الدور. مع توسع البرنامج بسرعة، ستؤثر على 10x ثم 20x ثم 100x من الطلاب في السعودية والمنطقة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تشغيل وبناء وابتكار البرنامج - تحسين تجربة الطالب، عمليات التعلم، والتسليم لتحسين منتجنا. نحن نكرر باستمرار بناءً على ملاحظات الطلاب، التجربة والخطأ، أفضل ممارسات التعلم، والأفكار الجديدة.
- امتلاك إيقاع الفريق وجدول الأعمال. الإيقاعات الأسبوعية مع المعلمين والمشرفين والعمليات: الأولويات، العوائق، والمتابعة عبر جميع المتجهات.
- الاستراتيجية والتنفيذ لتوسيع البرنامج 10x العام القادم وأكثر في السنوات التالية في السعودية وخارجها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- إجادة اللغة العربية والإنجليزية بطلاقة على المستوى المهني، تحدثاً وكتابة. يمكنك إجراء محادثة حول سياسات المدرسة مع ولي أمر بالعربية وإدارة مكالمة فريق مع متحدثين أصليين باللغة الإنجليزية في نفس اليوم.
- درجة البكالوريوس.
- العيش والعمل أو الدراسة في كل من المملكة العربية السعودية والولايات المتحدة / المملكة المتحدة.
- 2-5 سنوات من العمل والتسليم في بيئة سريعة الخطى. يفضل MBB أو شركة ناشئة. حاسم، ذاتي الدافع، مرتاح لاتخاذ قرار بمعلومات غير كاملة وتحمل المسؤولية.
- شغف بالتعليم وعقلية مبتكرة.
- مقيم بالفعل في الرياض.
المهارات المطلوبة
- مهارات قوية في تحديد الأولويات والملكية العالية. لا تنتظر أن يُطلب منك، وتغلق الحلقات.
- مهارات تواصل قوية.
- قوي في تحليل البيانات وتطبيق الذكاء الاصطناعي في سير العمل.
- نشيط، ساحر، مبتكر في التفكير حول كيفية جعل المدرسة مثيرة.
- إجادة ثنائية اللغة الكاملة بالعربية والإنجليزية.
- (مستحبة) الالتحاق بمدرسة ثانوية أمريكية (إما في الولايات المتحدة أو مدرسة دولية).
- (مستحبة) خبرة في التدريس و/أو العمل مع طلاب المدارس الثانوية.

About The Role
We are looking for a Program Manager - International Schools to run and scale the international tracks offering. You'll report directly to the Head of International Tracks.
This is an operator and visionary role. Your job is to make sure every moving piece of the track (schedules, teachers, supervisors, parent communication, data) runs on time, to standard, and gets better every term. You will also be a visionary, helping us create magical “WOW” moments for our students. You will come up with amazing, creative ideas to build a learning experience unlike any other.
There is pretty much infinite growth opportunity in this role. As we rapidly scale the program, you will impact 10x then 20x then 100x the students in Saudi and the region. Inshallah if all goes well, we are revolutionizing education around the world!

Key responsibilities
- Running, building, and innovating upon the program - improving student experience, learning operations, and delivery to improve our product. We are constantly iterating based on student feedback, trial & error, best learning practices, and new ideas.
- Owning team beat & cadence. Weekly rhythms with teachers, supervisors, and ops: priorities, blockers, and follow-through across all vectors.
- Strategy and execution to scale the program 10x next year and more in the following years in Saudi and beyond.
Key qualities:
- Strong prioritization skills and high ownership. You don't wait to be told, and you close loops.
- Strong communication skills
- Strong with data analysis and applying AI in workflows
- Energetic, magical, innovative at thinking about how to make school exciting
- Complete bilingual fluency in Arabic & English
- Fluent, professional-grade Arabic and English, spoken and written. You can have a conversation about school policies with a parent in Arabic and run a team call with native-English speakers in the same day.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Lived and worked or studied in both Saudi Arabia and the US / UK.
- 2-5 years working and delivering in a fast-paced environment. MBB or start-up preferred. Decisive, self-driven, comfortable making a call with incomplete information and owning the outcome.
- Passion about education and innovative mindset.
- Already based in Riyadh.
- Attended American high school (either in US or international school)
- Experience teaching and/or working with high schoolers
