About The Role

This is a Senior Software Engineer, Riyadh-based role. We are developing a product used by thousands of students every day. As a Software Engineer, You’ll be shipping working systems that people rely on every single day. You'll use AI as a power tool alongside strong product engineering skills to build internal apps, data pipelines, dashboards, and intelligent workflows.

What You'll Do

• Take full ownership of code, from design to delivery and observability.
• Promote best practices, always striving for incremental improvements.
• Participate in the team’s on-call rotation.
• Reduce complexity and toil by identifying bottlenecks and improving system efficiency.
• Be a team player.
• Build and ship products end to end.
• Work directly with the PMs and designers: Short loops, fast releases.
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Strong programming skills in Java, Go, or similar languages.
• Experience with infrastructure and distributed systems.
• Experience with containerisation and orchestration technologies (Kubernetes).
• You’re eager to learn and adopt new tools and ways of working.
• You don't wait to be told. You find the problem, propose the solution, and drive it.
• Work AI-native: You've used AI coding tools (Cursor, Codex, Antigravity, etc.) to move 5x faster and ship real products.
• Promote best practices, always striving for incremental improvements.

• Experience building highly scalable backend web services.
