تعلن شركة نون للتعليم (Noon - Education for Everyone) عن توفر وظيفة مصمم منتجات رئيسي (Principal Product Designer) في الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن شركة سعودية في مجال التكنولوجيا التعليمية (EdTech). يتمثل دورنا الأساسي في إدارة تجربة الطالب بالكامل عبر تطبيق الطالب، حيث يدرس الطلاب ويتفاعلون مع معلم ذكي (AI tutor) ويجيبون على الأسئلة ويشاركون في أنشطة تشمل الألعاب والمواجهات المباشرة في مواضيع محددة. ستكون أيضًا جزءًا من تصميم تجربة الفصل الدراسي المباشر. هذه وظيفة مصمم منتجات فردي (Senior/Principal-level Individual Contributor) لا يدير فريق تصميم ولا يخضع لمدير يحدد مساره. أنت المسؤول عن المشكلة من أول مقابلة مع الطالب إلى الشاشة المنشورة، وتقرر بنفسك أولوياتك التالية.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قضاء وقت فعلي مع الطلاب في مدارس السعودية عبر المقابلات ومجموعات التركيز وملاحظات الفصول الدراسية، وتحويل ما تسمعه إلى قرارات تصميمية والتحقق منها لاحقًا.
- التصميم للسعودية وليس وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات العامة؛ فالأنماط الناجحة في لندن أو سان فرانسيسكو غالبًا لا تنطبق هنا، وعليك فهم ذلك وإظهاره في عملك.
- امتلاك تطبيق الطالب بالكامل من البداية إلى النهاية: التدفقات، هيكلة المعلومات، النماذج الأولية، واجهة المستخدم النهائية، والتسليم لفريق الهندسة.
- تصميم أنشطة يعود إليها الطلاب بارتياح، بما في ذلك الألعاب والمواجهات، بشرط أن يكون التعلم هو الأساس؛ فأي نشاط أكثر متعة لكنه أقل تعليميًا يُعد تراجعًا.
- إجراء تجارب: صياغة فرضية، بناء المتغيرات، الاتفاق على المقياس، وقراءة النتيجة بموضوعية. ستساعد في بناء ممارسة التجارب من الصفر.
- العمل بطريقة ذكاء اصطناعي متكاملة باستخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي للتوليد والنمذجة الأولية والإنتاج، بحيث يتركز وقتك على البحث والحكم. جودة قراراتك هي المهمة، وليس عدد البكسلات التي أنشأتها يدويًا.
- العمل مباشرة مع مدير المنتج والمهندسين في حلقات قصيرة وإصدارات سريعة دون طبقات إدارية.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة تقريبًا 5 سنوات في تجربة المستخدم وتصميم المنتجات. الأهم من عدد السنوات هو عدد الأشخاص الذين أجريت معهم مقابلات وما فعلته بتلك المعلومات.
- ممارسة بحثية يمكنك وصفها بالتفصيل: كيفية التوظيف، الأسئلة التي تطرحها، طريقة التجميع، وكيف انعكست في المنتج.
- حافظة مشاريع تظهر إبداعك وقدرتك على تحقيق نتائج من خلال تجارب مستخدمين متميزة على الأجهزة المحمولة (consumer-facing mobile-first).
- إتقان استخدام أدوات وتقنيات متعددة لإنشاء وتوصيل أفكار التصميم مثل الرسومات التخطيطية، الإطارات الشبكية، النماذج المبدئية، والنماذج الأولية.
- خبرة في إجراء أبحاث المستخدمين واختباراتهم في سياقات وثقافات مختلفة باستخدام أساليب كمية ونوعية.
- إحساس قوي بالتعاطف والفضول والإبداع، ورغبة في التعلم والتجربة.

You will be the one designer who owns the student experience. - Own the student app end to end. Flows, information architecture, prototypes, final UI, and the handover to engineering.
- Design activities students want to come back to, games and duels included, with learning as the gate: an activity that is more fun but teaches less is a regression.
- Run experiments. State a hypothesis, build the variants, agree the metric, and read the result honestly. You will help build the experimentation practice, not just use it.
- Work AI-native. Use AI tools for generation, prototyping and production so your time goes to research and judgement. We care about the quality of your decisions, not how many pixels you pushed by hand.
- Work directly with the product manager and engineers. Short loops, fast releases, no layers.
- Roughly 5 years of experience in UX, product design experience. We care less about the number and more about how many people you have interviewed and what you did with it.
- A research practice you can describe in detail: how you recruit, what you ask, how you synthesise, how it reached the product.
- A portfolio of projects that demonstrate your creativity and delivery of results through great consumer-facing mobile-first experiences
- Proficiency in using various tools and techniques to create and communicate your design ideas, such as sketches, wireframes, mockups, prototypes, etc.
- Experience in conducting user research and testing in different contexts and cultures, using both qualitative and quantitative methods
- A strong sense of empathy, curiosity, and creativity, and a willingness to learn and experiment
