تعلن شركة Noon للتعليم (Noon Academy) عن فرصة مميزة للانضمام إلى فريقها كمدرس للرياضيات والفيزياء (منهج أمريكي، مرحلة ثانوية) في منطقة الرياض، بنموذج تعليمي هجين يجمع بين التدريس عن بُعد والتقنيات التعليمية المبتكرة. هذه فرصة نادرة للمشاركة في تصميم وتطوير برامج أكاديمية عالية الجودة منذ البداية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نحن نبحث عن معلمين استثنائيين لمدارسنا الثانوية التي تتبع المنهج الأمريكي في المملكة العربية السعودية. ستقوم بتدريس الرياضيات والفيزياء للصفين التاسع والعاشر ضمن نموذج تعليمي تفاعلي وهجين يجمع بين معلمين عن بُعد على مستوى عالمي، وميسرين داخل الفصل، وتقنيات تعليمية متطورة. قد تكون هذه الوظيفة عن بُعد بالكامل أو بنظام هجين حسب موقع المتقدم.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تقديم دروس في الرياضيات والفيزياء للصفين التاسع والعاشر بما يتوافق مع المنهج الدراسي ومخرجات التعلم.
- تصميم وتعديل وتحسين الدروس والمواد التعليمية بشكل مستمر.
- استخدام أدوات التعليم الرقمي والتكنولوجيا لتعزيز التفاعل والتمايز والمشاركة.
- التعاون مع الفريق العام لتطوير المناهج وطرق التدريس ومسارات التعلم.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- شغف بالتدريس وحب لمادتي الرياضيات والفيزياء.
- خبرة سابقة في تدريس الرياضيات والفيزياء وفق معايير CCSS وNGSS في مدارس أمريكية ثانوية.
- مؤهل تدريس معترف به (بكالوريوس/ماجستير في مجال التخصص، TESOL، CELTA، أو ما يعادلها).
- خبرة تدريس لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
- التفرغ للعمل بدوام كامل من الأحد إلى الخميس (توقيت GMT+3)، مع مرونة محتملة في جدول العمل.
- إجادة ممتازة للغة الإنجليزية (طلاقة طبيعية كاملة أو لغة أم).
- توفر اتصال إنترنت موثوق وإعداد فيديو احترافي.
- يفضل التمكن من البدء فوراً (قد تكون الوظيفة عن بُعد أو هجين لمن هم داخل المملكة).
المهارات المطلوبة
- الإلمام بأدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (AI) أو التقنيات التعليمية الناشئة في التدريس.
- إجادة اللغة العربية (ميزة إضافية).

Role Overview
We’re looking for exceptional teachers for our American Curriculum high schools in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a rare opportunity to be part of an academic program from the ground up - designing a rigorous, engaging, and tech-enabled Mathematics & Physics programs while helping redefine the future of excellent teaching.
You will teach Math & Physics to grades 9 and 10. This is not a traditional teaching role. We operate a highly interactive hybrid learning model that combines world-class remote teachers, in-class facilitators, and technology-enabled learning.
Note that this role may be hybrid or fully remote; relocation to Riyadh not required.

What You’ll Do
- Deliver grades 9 and 10 physics and math classes aligned to our curriculum and learning outcomes
- Design, adapt, and improve lessons and materials on an ongoing basis
- Use EdTech and digital tools to drive engagement, differentiation, and participation
- Collaborate with the wider team to refine curriculum, delivery methods, and learning journeys
- Love teaching and are passionate about Physics & Math
- Have taught Mathematics & Physics, aligned with CCSS and NGSS standards at American high schools
- Have a recognized teaching qualification (Bachelors/Masters in subject area, TESOL, CELTA, etc.)
- Have 3+ years of teaching experience
- Are looking to work full-time Sunday to Thursday (GMT +3). [There may be flexibility to work a half-day Sunday morning & half-day Friday if preferable to working Sunday.]
- Have excellent English (Fully natural fluency in the language or Native speakers)
- Have access to a reliable internet and a professional video setup
- Familiarity with AI or emerging EdTech tools and resources in teaching
- Arabic language fluency
- This role may be remote or hybrid (if the individual is based in KSA).
