نون (Noon Academy)، المنصة التعليمية الرائدة في الشرق الأوسط، تبحث عن معلم رئيسي لعلوم المنهج الوطني (Learning Experience Head Teacher - Sciences) في الرياض، بدوام كامل. هذا الدور أكاديمي بحت، وليس إداريًا، ويهدف إلى تشكيل المحتوى التعليمي والإشراف على جودته في فصول دراسية هجينة تجمع بين المعلم عن بُعد والطلاب في الفصل الفعلي.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
نون تدير فصولاً دراسية هجينة في جميع أنحاء المملكة العربية السعودية: معلم متميز يقود الحصة عن بُعد، بينما يجلس الطلاب معًا في فصل دراسي فعلي، ويسهل الميسر الموجود في الغرفة سير العمل. نحن نبحث عن معلم رئيسي لمسار العلوم الوطنيفي المدارس المتوسطة والثانوية، يتمتع بخبرة تدريس فعلية تزيد عن عشر سنوات، ولديه خبرة في تدريب المعلمين الآخرين، ويريد أن تصل حكمته التربوية إلى آلاف الطلاب يوميًا بدلاً من ثلاثين. هذا الدور أكاديمي وليس إداريًا؛ لن تدير شؤون القسم أو الموظفين، بل ستقرر توجهات المنهج، وتحافظ على معايير الجودة في بنائه، وتدرب المعلمين الذين يقدمونه، وتستمر في التدريس بنفسك بما يكفي لتعرف إن كان كل ذلك يعمل فعلاً.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- تخطيط المنهج والفصل الدراسي (50%): العمل مع فريق التصميم لتحديد المنهج نفسه - الموضوعات التي يجب تغطيتها، وما يحتاج إلى وزن أكبر أو أقل، وكيف تتناسب خطة الفصل والسنة الدراسية معًا. مراجعة الدرس النهائي بعد بنائه في النظام (لا تقوم ببنائه بنفسك، فهذه مهمة قائد التصميم).
- تدريب المعلمين المقدمين للحصص (30%): تدريب المعلمين الذين يقدمون الحصص الفعلية للطلاب - كيفية تقديم المحتوى، وإدارة الفصل الهجين، والحفاظ على تفاعل الطلاب من خلال الشاشة. متابعة الملاحظات والتغذية الراجعة وتطبيقها في الممارسة.
- تقديم الحصص (20%): تدريس حصص بنفسك - ليس كمعلم منتظم في الجدول، بل للبقاء قريبًا من المحتوى، ورؤية مدى تأثيره في الممارسة، والاستماع مباشرة من الطلاب.
- المسؤولية عن الجودة الأكاديمية لمنهج العلوم في المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية على المسار الوطني - تسلسل الموضوعات، الوزن، العمق، والمواءمة مع ما يتم تقييم الطلاب عليه فعليًا.
- بناء خطط الفصل والسنة الدراسية بالتعاون مع قادة التصميم، والموافقة عليها قبل تنفيذها.
- المراجعة النهائية للدروس المبنية قبل وصولها للطلاب - أنت آخر بوابة أكاديمية.
- تدريب وتطوير فريق المعلمين المقدمين في تخصصاتك، بالشراكة مع دورة الملاحظة والتقييم من فريق التميز التعليمي.
- قراءة إشارات التقييم - التشخيصات، بطاقات الخروج، نتائج نهاية الفصل، ومكاسب التعلم - وترجمتها إلى تغييرات في الفصل القادم.
- كونك الصوت الأكاديمي في المحادثات متعددة الوظائف مع فرق التصميم والتميز التعليمي والمنتج والبيانات.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في التدريس الفعلي داخل الفصل، مع عمق حقيقي في كل من المرحلتين المتوسطة والثانوية.
- خبرة من 3 إلى 5 سنوات في إدارة أو تدريب معلمين آخرين - كرئيس قسم، أو قائد مادة، أو مرشد، أو في دور تدريب رسمي.
- الإلمام بالتقييمات الوطنية السعودية - قدرات، تحصيلي، ونفيس.
- قدرة رقمية قوية وراحة حقيقية في التدريس في بيئة رقمية. الفصل هجين ويُقدَّم عبر منصة، وليس مجرد عرض PowerPoint.
- إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة واللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى مهني.
- الإقامة في الرياض أو الاستعداد للانتقال إليها. يُفضل بشدة المرشحون السعوديون ذوو الخبرة التعليمية في المملكة.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة تدريبية (Coaching certification) أو إكمال برنامج إعداد معلمين رسمي.
- خبرة في المناهج الدولية - وليس فقط المنهج المحلي.
- الإلمام بأطر التقييم الدولية - PISA، TIMSS، PIRLS - وفهم ما تعنيه لطريقة التدريس وليس فقط ماهيتها.
- خبرة في استخدام الذكاء الاصطناعي في التدريس أو العمل على المناهج.
- خبرة في التعليم الهجين أو المدمج أو عن بُعد.

About The Role
Noon runs hybrid classrooms across Saudi Arabia: a remote star teacher leads the session, students sit together in a physical classroom, and an in-room facilitator keeps the room working. It's a genuinely different way to teach, and it only works if someone with real classroom authority is shaping what gets taught and how it lands.
That's this role. We're looking for a Head Teacher for the National track sciences - someone with a decade or more of actual teaching behind them, who has coached other teachers, and who wants their judgement to reach thousands of students a day instead of thirty.
This is an academic role, not a management one. You won't run a department's admin or manage headcount. You'll decide what the curriculum should emphasize, hold the quality bar on how it's built, coach the teachers delivering it, and stay in the classroom yourself often enough to know whether any of it is actually working.

What You'll Own
- The academic quality of science curriculum across Middle School and High School on the National track - topic sequencing, weighting, depth, and alignment to what students are actually assessed on.
- Term and year plans, built with the Design Leads and signed off by you before they go into production.
- Final review of built lessons before they reach students - you're the last academic gate.
- Coaching and development of the delivery teaching bench for your subjects, in partnership with Learning Excellence's observation and evaluation cycle.
- Reading the assessment signal - Diagnostics, Exit Tickets, End-of-Chapter results, and Learning Gain - and translating it into what changes next term.
- Being the academic voice in cross-functional conversations with Design, Learning Excellence, Product and Data.
Must have
- Minimum 10 years of actual classroom teaching experience, with genuine depth across both middle school and high school.
- 3-5 years managing or coaching other teachers - as a head of department, subject lead, mentor, or in a formal coaching role.
- Familiarity with Saudi national assessments - Qudurat, Tahsili, and Nafes.
- Strong digital capability and real comfort teaching in a digital environment. This is a hybrid classroom, delivered through a platform - not an occasional PowerPoint.
- Fluent Arabic; professional English.
- Based in Riyadh, or ready to relocate. Saudi nationals with KSA teaching experience strongly preferred.
- A coaching certification or completion of a formal teacher training program
- International curriculum experience - not only the local curriculum
- Familiarity with international assessment frameworks - PISA, TIMSS, PIRLS - and what they imply for how you teach, not just what they are.
- Experience using AI in teaching or curriculum work.
- Experience with hybrid, blended, or remote instruction
