نون، المنصة التعليمية الرائدة في الشرق الأوسط، تبحث عن مدير عمليات التعلم / أتمتة (Learning Operations / Automation Manager) للانضمام إلى فريقها في الرياض. في هذا الدور، ستتولى قيادة فريق تصميم المحتوى العلمي وضمان تسليمه بجودة عالية وفي الوقت المحدد، مع التركيز على تحسين العمليات وبناء أنظمة قابلة للتطوير.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
- هذا دور إداري وتوصيلي، وليس دورًا أكاديميًا. لن تقوم بكتابة الدروس بنفسك، بل ستدير فريقًا من قادة التصميم (Design Leads) الذين هم خبراء في المواد.
- مسؤوليتك الأساسية هي ضمان بناء المحتوى المناسب وفق المعايير المطلوبة وفي الوقت المحدد لكل فصل دراسي، من خلال فريق يتحسن مع كل دورة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- إدارة فريق يضم أربعة قادة تصميم يغطون الأحياء (Tahsili)، الكيمياء (Tahsili)، العلوم (المرحلة المتوسطة وNafes)، والأحياء والكيمياء (الدولي)، بالإضافة إلى منشئي المحتوى ومتعاقد ضمان جودة. تشمل مهامك تحديد أهدافهم، وعقد جلسات فردية، وتقديم الملاحظات، ودعم نموهم، والتوظيف للشواغر المفتوحة.
- وضع خطة التسليم الشاملة لمحتوى العلوم: تحديد ما سيتم بناؤه، وبأي ترتيب، ومن يقوم به، ومتى، عبر الصفوف 7-12 للمسارين الوطني والدولي، مع متابعة ما هو على المسار الصحيح وما يتأخر واتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
- إدارة الإيقاع التشغيلي: تخطيط السعة، تخطيط الإنتاج، اجتماعات تحديد الأولويات، وإزالة العوائق. أنت من يدير الطقوس التي تحافظ على سير أنابيب متعددة المواد والصفوف دون تدخلات أسبوعية طارئة.
- رفع معايير الجودة بالتعاون مع فريق التميز التعليمي ورؤساء المعلمين لوضع معايير التصميم، ونقاط المراجعة، وسير عمل ضمان الجودة، ليكون الجودة عملية قابلة للتكرار وليست جهدًا بطوليًا.
- تفعيل حلقة التغذية الراجعة باستخدام بيانات Exit Ticket والتشخيص ونهاية الفصل وبيانات مكاسب التعلم، وجعلها تؤثر فعليًا على المحتوى القادم بالشراكة مع فرق البيانات والتميز التعليمي.
- التنسيق بين الإدارات المختلفة (رؤساء المعلمين، التميز التعليمي، المنتج، الهندسة، البيانات، تجربة العملاء، والعمليات المدرسية) لضمان سلاسة انتقال المهام.
- بناء قوالب وأدوات تتبع وأدلة وطقوس مراجعة تسمح بزيادة حجم المحتوى دون زيادة متناسبة في عدد الموظفين، بما في ذلك التحول نحو إنتاج المحتوى بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة 3-5+ سنوات في إدارة الأشخاص (5 سنوات مفضلة، 3 سنوات مقبولة إذا كنت استثنائيًا في جوانب أخرى).
- خلفية في مجال التكنولوجيا أو التعليم - ويفضل كليهما: منصات edtech، شركات ناشئة تقنية سعودية، أو مؤسسات تعليمية تلتزم بجداول التسليم.
- سجل مثبت في التسليم في بيئة سريعة ومليئة بالغموض، مع القدرة على اتخاذ القرارات الحاسمة والاعتماد على الذات والراحة في اتخاذ القرارات بمعلومات غير كاملة وتحمل المسؤولية.
- إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة واللغة الإنجليزية بمستوى مهني قوي.
- الإقامة في الرياض.
المهارات المطلوبة
- شهادة في التصميم التعليمي أو التعلم الإلكتروني (مفضلة).
- الإلمام بالتقييمات الوطنية السعودية - Tahsili، Qudrat، Nafes (مفضل).
- خبرة في إدارة فرق موزعة أو متعاقدين أو مجموعات إنتاج حرة (مفضل).
- الراحة مع أدوات البيانات ولوحات المعلومات وسير عمل المحتوى بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي (مفضل).
- خبرة في فرق دولية أو متعددة الثقافات (مفضل).

About The Role
Noon is changing how students in Saudi learn - a remote star teacher, a physical classroom, an in-room facilitator, and a content engine that has to keep up with all of it. The Learning Team owns that engine: term plans, session design, question banks, and assessments across Qudrat, Tahsili, Nafes, the National Curriculum, and our International track. We're hiring a Learning Design Manager to run the Sciences (Biology / Chemistry) side of it.
This is a management and delivery role, not an academic one. You will not be writing lessons - your four Design Leads do that, and they're the subject-matter experts. Your job is to make sure the right content gets built, to the right standard, on time, every single term, by a team that gets better each cycle. What You'll Own
- The team. Four Design Leads covering Biology (Tahsili), Chemistry (Tahsili), Science (Middle School & Nafes), and Bio & Chem (International) - plus content creators and a QA contractor. You own their goals, their 1:1s, their feedback, their growth, and hiring for the seats that are still open.
- The delivery plan. The science content roadmap end-to-end: what gets built, in what order, by whom, by when, across Grades 7-12 on both the National and International tracks. At any moment, you know what's on track, what's slipping, and what you're doing about it.
- The operating cadence. Capacity planning, production planning, prioritisation calls, and unblocking. You run the rituals that keep a multi-subject, multi-grade pipeline moving without weekly firefighting.
- The quality bar. Working with Learning Excellence and the Head Teachers to set design standards, review gates, and QA workflows - so quality is a repeatable process, not a heroic effort by whoever cares most.
- The feedback loop. Exit Ticket, Diagnostic, End-of-Chapter, and Learning Gain data already exist. You make it actually change what gets built next term, in partnership with Data and Learning Excellence.
- Cross-functional delivery. Head Teachers, Learning Excellence, Product, Engineering, Data, customer experience and School Ops all touch this pipeline. You're the person who makes those handoffs work.
- Scale. Build the templates, trackers, playbooks, and review rituals that let content volume grow without headcount growing in lockstep - including our move toward AI-assisted content production.
Must have
- 3-5+ years managing people (5 preferred; 3 acceptable if you're exceptional elsewhere).
- Background in tech or education - ideally both. Edtech platforms, Saudi tech startups, or learning organisations that ship on a schedule.
- Proven delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Decisive, self-driven, comfortable making a call with incomplete information and owning the outcome.
- Fluent Arabic and strong professional English.
- Based in Riyadh.
- Certification in instructional design or e-learning
- Familiarity with Saudi national assessments - Tahsili, Qudrat, Nafes
- Experience managing distributed teams, contractors, or freelance production pools
- Comfort with data tooling, dashboards, and AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience in international or multicultural teams
- Real scope from day one - 4 Design Leads, a contractor pool, six programs, Grades 7 through 12, both National and International tracks.
- You're building the function, not inheriting it. The seat is new. The operating system for how science content gets produced at Noon is largely yours to define.
- Short line to decisions - you report to the Head of Learning Operations and work directly with the Chief Learning Officer.
- A real scoreboard. Learning gain, exam outcomes, and delivery reliability are measurable. You'll know whether you're winning.
