نبذة عن الوظيفة
Noon تغيّر طريقة تعلم الطلاب في السعودية - معلم خبير عن بُعد، فصل دراسي فعلي، مساعد في الغرفة، ومحرك محتوى يواكب كل ذلك. فريق التعلم يدير هذا المحرك: خطط الفصل الدراسي، وتصميم الجلسات، وبنوك الأسئلة، والتقييمات عبر قدرات، تحصيلي، نافس، المنهج الوطني، والمسار الدولي. نبحث عن مدير عمليات/أتمتة التعلم لإدارة جانب العلوم (الأحياء والكيمياء). الدور على مرحلتين: في الأشهر الأولى، هو دور إداري وتوصيل: تدير أربعة قادة تصميم، وتمتلك خارطة الطريق، وتضمن التزام خط أنابيب المحتوى بمواعيده. بعد فهم كيفية عمل الخط، يتحول التكليف - توثّق كيفية بناء المحتوى اليوم، ثم تصمم وتبني الأتمتة والأدوات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي لإزالة الخطوات اليدوية. لن تكتب الدروس بنفسك - قادة التصميم الأربعة هم خبراء المواد. إذا كنت قد أمضيت حياتك المهنية كمصمم مناهج فردي، فهذه ليست وظيفتك. أما إذا كنت قد أمضيتها في قيادة فريق من المتخصصين للشحن بموثوقية تحت الضغط، ومتحمس لأتمتة الأنظمة التي تعلمت تشغيلها، فواصل القراءة.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- قيادة فريق مكون من 4 قادة تصميم (أحياء تحصيلي، كيمياء تحصيلي، علوم للمتوسطة ونافس، وأحياء وكيمياء دولي) بالإضافة إلى منشئي محتوى ومقاول ضمان جودة. تمتلك أهدافهم، اجتماعاتهم الفردية، ملاحظاتهم، نموهم، وتوظيف الشواغر المتبقية.
- تخطيط العمليات: توثيق كيفية بناء قادة التصميم للدرس أو بنك الأسئلة أو التقييم حالياً - المدخلات، الأدوات، نقاط القرار، دورات المراجعة - لتعرف بالضبط ما ستؤتمته ولماذا.
- وضع خطة التوصيل: خارطة طريق محتوى العلوم من البداية إلى النهاية: ما يُبنى، وبأي ترتيب، ومن، ومتى، عبر الصفوف 7-12 في المسارين الوطني والدولي.
- إدارة الإيقاع التشغيلي: تخطيط السعة، تخطيط الإنتاج، اجتماعات تحديد الأولويات، وإزالة العوائق. تدير الطقوس التي تحافظ على تحرك خط أنابيب متعدد المواد والصفوف دون إطفاء حرائق أسبوعي.
- وضع معيار الجودة: العمل مع خبراء التعلم ورؤساء المعلمين لوضع معايير التصميم وبوابات المراجعة وسير عمل ضمان الجودة - ليكون الجودة عملية قابلة للتكرار وليس جهداً بطولياً.
- حلقة التغذية الراجعة: بيانات بطاقة الخروج والتشخيص ونهاية الفصل ومكاسب التعلم موجودة بالفعل. تجعلها تغير فعلياً ما يُبنى في الفصل التالي، بالشراكة مع فريق البيانات وخبراء التعلم.
- التوصيل عبر الأقسام: رؤساء المعلمين، خبراء التعلم، المنتج، الهندسة، البيانات، تجربة العملاء وعمليات المدارس - جميعهم يلمسون هذا الخط. أنت من يجعل هذه المناولات تعمل.
- التوسع: بناء القوالب، والمتتبعات، وأدلة اللعب، وطقوس المراجعة التي تسمح لحجم المحتوى بالنمو دون نمو عدد الموظفين بنفس الوتيرة - بما في ذلك التوجه نحو إنتاج المحتوى بمساعدة الذكاء الاصطناعي.
- بناء الأتمتة: بعد تخطيط العمليات، تصميم وبناء سير العمل والأدوات المدعومة بالذكاء الاصطناعي - باستخدام وكلاء AI وخطوط أنابيب البيانات والأدوات الداخلية - لإزالة الخطوات اليدوية الأعلى احتكاكاً في إنتاج المحتوى، والاستمرار في تحسينها.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- 3-5+ سنوات في إدارة الأشخاص (5 سنوات مفضلة، 3 سنوات مقبولة إذا كنت استثنائياً في جوانب أخرى).
- خلفية في التكنولوجيا أو التعليم - ويفضل كليهما. منصات EdTech، شركات ناشئة تقنية سعودية، أو منظمات تعليمية تشحن وفق جدول زمني.
- خبرة عملية في استخدام أدوات الذكاء الاصطناعي (Claude، ChatGPT، أو ما شابه) لبناء وكلاء AI ومهارات وسير عمل ونماذج أولية أو أدوات داخلية - وليس مجرد استخدام AI كمستخدم نهائي. ستفعل ذلك شخصياً، وليس تفويضه.
- سجل مثبت في التوصيل في بيئة سريعة وغامضة. حاسم، يعمل ذاتياً، مرتاح لاتخاذ القرارات بمعلومات غير كاملة وتحمل مسؤولية النتائج.
- إجادة اللغة العربية بطلاقة وإنجليزية مهنية قوية.
- الإقامة في الرياض.
المهارات المطلوبة
- أدوات أتمتة No-code/low-code (Zapier، Make، n8n) أو برمجة أساسية (Python).
- شهادة في التصميم التعليمي أو التعلم الإلكتروني.
- الإلمام بالتقييمات الوطنية السعودية - تحصيلي، قدرات، نافس.
- خبرة في إدارة فرق موزعة أو مقاولين أو مجموعات إنتاج مستقلة.
- الإلمام بأدوات البيانات ولوحات التحكم وسير عمل المحتوى المدعوم بالذكاء الاصطناعي.
- خبرة في فرق دولية أو متعددة الثقافات.

About The Role
Noon is changing how students in Saudi learn - a remote star teacher, a physical classroom, an in-room facilitator, and a content engine that has to keep up with all of it. The Learning Team owns that engine: term plans, session design, question banks, and assessments across Qudrat, Tahsili, Nafes, the National Curriculum, and our International track. We're hiring a Learning Operations / Automation Manager to run the Sciences (Biology / Chemistry) side of it.
This is a two-phase role. In the first few months, it's a delivery and people-management job: you run four Design Leads, own the roadmap, and make the content pipeline hit its dates reliably. Once you understand how that pipeline actually works, the mandate shifts - you document how content gets built today, then design and build the AI-driven automation and tooling that removes the manual steps, so the function can scale without scaling headcount.
You will not be writing lessons - your four Design Leads do that, and they're the subject-matter experts. If you've spent your career as an individual contributor designing curriculum, this isn't your role. If you've spent it getting a team of specialists to ship reliably under pressure, and you're genuinely energised by then automating the systems you just learned to run, keep reading.

What You'll Own
- The team. Four Design Leads covering Biology (Tahsili), Chemistry (Tahsili), Science (Middle School & Nafes), and Bio & Chem (International) - plus content creators and a QA contractor. You own their goals, their 1:1s, their feedback, their growth, and hiring for the seats that are still open.
- Process mapping. Document how each Design Lead actually builds a lesson, question bank, or assessment today - inputs, tools, decision points, review cycles - so before anything gets automated, you know exactly what you're automating and why.
- The delivery plan. The science content roadmap end-to-end: what gets built, in what order, by whom, by when, across Grades 7-12 on both the National and International tracks. At any moment, you know what's on track, what's slipping, and what you're doing about it.
- The operating cadence. Capacity planning, production planning, prioritisation calls, and unblocking. You run the rituals that keep a multi-subject, multi-grade pipeline moving without weekly firefighting.
- The quality bar. Working with Learning Excellence and the Head Teachers to set design standards, review gates, and QA workflows - so quality is a repeatable process, not a heroic effort by whoever cares most.
- The feedback loop. Exit Ticket, Diagnostic, End-of-Chapter, and Learning Gain data already exist. You make it actually change what gets built next term, in partnership with Data and Learning Excellence.
- Cross-functional delivery. Head Teachers, Learning Excellence, Product, Engineering, Data, customer experience and School Ops all touch this pipeline. You're the person who makes those handoffs work.
- Scale. Build the templates, trackers, playbooks, and review rituals that let content volume grow without headcount growing in lockstep - including our move toward AI-assisted content production.
- The automation build. Once the process is mapped, design and build the AI-driven workflows and tooling - using AI agents, data pipelines, and internal tools - that remove the highest-friction manual steps in content production, and keep improving them.
Must have
- 3-5+ years managing people (5 preferred; 3 acceptable if you're exceptional elsewhere).
- Background in tech or education - ideally both. Edtech platforms, Saudi tech startups, or learning organisations that ship on a schedule.
- Hands-on experience using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar) to actually build AI agents, skills, workflows, prototypes, or internal tools - not just using AI as an end user. You'll be doing this personally, not delegating it.
- Proven delivery in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. Decisive, self-driven, comfortable making a call with incomplete information and owning the outcome.
- Fluent Arabic and strong professional English.
- Based in Riyadh.
- No-code/low-code automation tools (Zapier, Make, n8n) or basic scripting (Python)
- Certification in instructional design or e-learning
- Familiarity with Saudi national assessments - Tahsili, Qudrat, Nafes
- Experience managing distributed teams, contractors, or freelance production pools
- Comfort with data tooling, dashboards, and AI-assisted content workflows
- Experience in international or multicultural teams
- Real scope from day one - 4 Design Leads, a contractor pool, six programs, Grades 7 through 12, both National and International tracks.
- You're building the function, not inheriting it. The seat is new. The operating system for how science content gets produced at Noon is largely yours to define.
- Short line to decisions - you report to the Head of Learning Operations and work directly with the Chief Learning Officer.
- A real scoreboard. Learning gain, exam outcomes, and delivery reliability are measurable. You'll know whether you're winning.
