Job Description

The Social Media Content Creator is a full-time, on-site role based at our clinic in Jeddah. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and publishing engaging content across various social media platforms. The primary goals are to promote the clinic’s services, educate pet owners, and foster community awareness.

Daily Responsibilities

• Daily & Interactive Filming: Shoot daily stories and host live streams on TikTok, Snapchat, and Instagram.
• Short-form Videos: Film spontaneous and simple indoor/outdoor videos with clients and pets, using clear "Arabic" dialect.
• Ideation & Scripting: Plan, brainstorm, and execute simple content ideas in coordination with the Marketing/Advertising Manager.
• Raw Material Organization: Deliver raw video footage and photos in an organized manner to the video editing team.
• Publishing & Consistency: Prepare and publish content (text, images, video) according to a regular schedule to boost awareness of the clinic’s services.
• Digital Coverage: Support and digitally cover events, campaigns, and activations hosted inside the clinic.
• Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for content, and propose ongoing improvements to enhance engagement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Social Media Content Creation: Proven skills in creating social media content, including writing clear captions, producing visual assets, and tailoring content for various platforms.
• Photography & Videography: Basic skills in photography and videography, including shooting, editing, and optimizing short-form videos and images for online use via both smartphones and cameras.
• Audience Engagement & On-Camera Presence: Strong audience interaction skills, with the ability to speak confidently, naturally, and clearly in front of the camera.
• Planning & Organization: Excellent planning skills, including building content calendars, prioritizing tasks, and strictly adhering to publishing schedules.
• Punctuality & Fieldwork: Punctual and fully capable of handling active on-site fieldwork inside the clinic.
• Relevant Experience: Previous experience in managing social media for a company or organization, preferably in healthcare, pet care, or customer service environments.
• Language & Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in writing in both English and Arabic, along with deep familiarity with major social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and Snapchat).
• Education: A diploma or bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field is preferred, but not required if the candidate can demonstrate equivalent hands-on experience and skills.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or previous work samples of content creation is highly preferred.
