شركة الفنار تعلن عن وظيفة SAP Integration Consultant في الرياض.

نبذة عن الوظيفة

  • تطوير وصيانة حلول التكامل في SAP، وضمان اتصال موثوق بين الأنظمة، وتبادل سلس للبيانات، وتقديم دعم فني فعال.

المهام والمسؤوليات

  • تصميم وتطوير وتكوين وصيانة واجهات تكامل SAP باستخدام Message Mapping وXSLT وJava Mapping والتعيينات المعقدة ووظائف المستخدم المخصصة (UDFs).
  • إنشاء وصيانة واجهات خدمة ESR وكائنات Integration Builder بما في ذلك ICOs عند الاقتضاء.
  • تطوير ودعم خدمات الويب ووكلاء العميل والخادم ومحولات SAP بما في ذلك IDoc وJDBC وFile وRFC وSOAP.
  • تكوين التنبيهات لبيئات SAP PI/PO 7.1 و7.3 بما في ذلك البيئات ثنائية الحزمة وبيئات Java فقط.
  • تطوير وصيانة سيناريوهات ccBPM في بيئات SAP PI/PO المناسبة.

  • التوصية بحلول التكامل المناسبة والتحسينات الفنية بناءً على احتياجات العمل وأفضل الممارسات.
  • إعداد وتنفيذ اختبارات الوحدة لواجهات التكامل والتعيينات.
  • التحقق من تحويلات الرسائل والتكوينات والاتصال والسيناريوهات الشاملة.
  • تحديد وحل العيوب، وضمان الامتثال لمعايير الجودة، ودعم اختبار التكامل واختبار قبول المستخدم (UAT) والنشر.
  • مراقبة واستكشاف أخطاء واجهات تكامل SAP وفشل معالجة الرسائل ومشكلات الاتصال وأخطاء التعيين والمشكلات المتعلقة بالمحولات.
  • التحقيق في الحوادث المتقدمة وطلبات الخدمة وتشخيصها وحلها؛ تحديد الأسباب الجذرية وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية والوقائية.

  • إعداد وصيانة وثائق فنية عالية الجودة للتطويرات والتخصيصات، بما في ذلك التصاميم ومواصفات الواجهة ومنطق التعيين والتكوينات ونتائج الاختبارات وإجراءات النشر وأدلة استكشاف الأخطاء.
  • ضمان أن الوثائق تفي بالمواعيد النهائية المتفق عليها والمعايير والقوالب التنظيمية، ودعم عمليات التدقيق ونقل المعرفة والصيانة والتحسينات المستقبلية.

  • الامتثال للسياسات والإجراءات ذات الصلة وتعليمات العمل.
  • ضمان الامتثال لإجراءات السلامة والجودة والإدارة البيئية ذات الصلة ضمن نطاق العمل المحدد لضمان السلامة والامتثال التشريعي وتقديم منتجات/خدمات عالية الجودة.

الشروط والمتطلبات

  • درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو أي مجال ذي صلة.
  • خبرة عملية من 4 إلى 6 سنوات.

Job Purpose

Develop and maintain SAP integration solutions, ensuring reliable system connectivity, seamless data exchange, and effective technical support.

Key Accountability Areas

SAP Integration Development and Configuration:

  • Design, develop, configure, and maintain SAP integration interfaces using Message Mapping, XSLT, Java Mapping, complex mappings, and User-Defined Functions (UDFs).
  • Create and maintain ESR service interfaces and Integration Builder objects, including ICOs, where applicable.
  • Develop and support Web Services, Client and Server Proxies, and SAP adapters, including IDoc, JDBC, File, RFC, and SOAP.
  • Configure alerts for SAP PI/PO 7.1 and 7.3 environments, including applicable dual-stack and Java-only environments.
  • Develop and maintain ccBPM scenarios in applicable SAP PI/PO environments.

SAP Systems and Application Integration:

  • Develop and support integrations with SAP S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, C4C, SAP Hybris, and other SAP and non-SAP applications.
  • Apply appropriate integration patterns, communication protocols, and adapters to meet business and technical requirements.
  • Maintain working knowledge of SLD activities and SAP landscape configuration, ensuring compliance with technical, security, and operational standards.

Technical Analysis, Design, and Assessment:

  • Analyze business requirements, assess technical feasibility, define integration scope, and estimate development effort.
  • Prepare low-level technical designs covering integration architecture, interface specifications, mappings, configurations, error handling, dependencies, and risks.
  • Assist with project planning, technical scope definition, work plans, and activity estimates.
  • Recommend suitable integration solutions and technical improvements based on business needs and industry best practices.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

  • Prepare and execute unit tests for integration interfaces and mappings.
  • Validate message transformations, configurations, connectivity, and end-to-end scenarios.
  • Identify and resolve defects, ensure compliance with quality standards, and support integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and deployment.

Monitoring, Troubleshooting, and Incident Management:

  • Monitor and troubleshoot SAP integration interfaces, message-processing failures, connectivity issues, mapping errors, and adapter-related problems.
  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve advanced incidents and service requests; identify root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate with technical, functional, infrastructure, and external teams to resolve complex issues and meet agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Technical Documentation and Knowledge Management:

  • Prepare and maintain high-quality technical documentation for developments and customizations, including designs, interface specifications, mapping logic, configurations, test results, deployment procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Ensure documentation meets agreed deadlines, organizational standards, and templates, supporting audits, knowledge transfer, maintenance, and future enhancements.
