تعلن شركة القدية - سيكس فلاقز عن توفر وظيفة مرشد تجديف (Rafting Guide) في مدينة الألعاب المائية أكواريابا بالرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مرشد التجديف مسؤولية السلامة العامة وإرضاء جميع الضيوف في مدينة الألعاب المائية أكواريابا، مع الالتزام بمنع حالات الغرق. يجب أن يمتلك المرشد مهارات فنية وشخصية تمكنه من النجاح في المهام والمسؤوليات المذكورة أدناه، وأن يكون شغوفاً بتشغيل الحدائق المائية ورضا الضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لمدونة قواعد السلوك والأخلاقيات الخاصة بمدينة أكواريابا والقدية.
- تعزيز رؤية ورسالة وقيم القدية وأكواريابا، وإظهار السلوكيات النموذجية.
- نشر ثقافة القدية وأكواريابا.
- الالتزام بقواعد وأنظمة القدية وأكواريابا.
- أداء المهام وفق التوجيهات لتحقيق الأهداف.
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامة جميع الضيوف والموظفين داخل مدينة أكواريابا مع الالتزام بمنع حالات الغرق.
- المساعدة في التشغيل اليومي لجميع المعالم المائية وتجارب المغامرات في أكواريابا.
- القيام بفحوصات السلامة للضيوف على المعالم وضمان تجربة ممتعة.
- إدارة مخاطر الأنشطة المائية وفق المعايير المحلية والدولية.
- الاستجابة للحالات الطبية الطارئة ضمن نطاق الشهادات والتدريب (مقدم إسعافات أولية).
- ضمان تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية.
- التعاون مع الإدارات التشغيلية الأخرى داخل أكواريابا والقدية.
- استيفاء جميع متطلبات رخصة إنقاذ المنشآت الخاصة، وشهادات خبرة المغامرات ذات الصلة.
- العمل لفترات طويلة قد تتجاوز مواعيد الوردية المقررة.
- الوقوف لفترات طويلة في بيئات وارتفاعات وأوضاع مختلفة تبعاً لتجربة الضيف.
- صعود منصات الألعاب عدة مرات يومياً.
- العمل في ظروف بيئية مختلفة (مطر، برد، حرارة، رمال، رياح...).
- المسؤولية عن نظافة جميع مناطق الضيوف والموظفين، بما في ذلك الجوانب غير المائية من التشغيل.
- العمل في المناوبات المقررة خلال العطلات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع وخارج ساعات التشغيل كما تحدده الإدارة، بما في ذلك التدريبات والاجتماعات والفعاليات قبل وبعد ساعات العمل.

المهارات المطلوبة
- فهم احترافي للغة الإنجليزية كتابةً وتحدثاً.
- يفضل فهم عام للغة العربية.
- مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب.

Job Summary:
At Six Flags Qiddiya, the position of Lifeguard - Specialized is responsible for the overall safety and satisfaction of all guests at
Aquarabia Water Theme Park. The position of Lifeguard - Specialized must also possess and demonstrate technical skills as
well as soft skills and character traits that will allow them to be successful in the role and responsibilities listed below. Above
all, the Lifeguard - Specialized is passionate about waterpark operations, guest satisfaction and the prevention of loss of life
due to drowning.
Job Duties:

Requirements
Education:

Experience:
Experience within the hospitality, entertainment, amusement and or guest service Industry in the
Middle East and/or International Work.
Previous or current experience with Whitewater Rafting, Canyoneering, Deep Water, Rock Climbing
and or Surfing
Skills:
Professional Understanding and Communication of English (Written and Spoken).
General Understanding and Communication of Arabic is desired.
Basic computer skills.

- Responsible for the overall safety of all Guest and Colleagues within and while visiting Aquarabia Water Theme
- Assist in the daily operation of all Aquatic Attractions and Adventure Experiences within Aquarabia Water Theme

- Respond to and assist in any Medical Emergency within the scope of Certification & Training, (First aid provider)
- Responsible for ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Work with other Operational Departments with Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya Six Flags
- Meet all requirements of a Special Facility ILTP Lifeguard License, and relevant adventure experience certifications
- To work long periods of time, exceeding the set shift timings
- To be on your feet for prolonged periods of time, in different environments, elevations and manners in relation to
- To access ride platforms multiple times during a day
- To work in different environmental conditions (Rain, Cold, Heat, Sand, Wind, etc...)
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all Guest and Colleague areas, including non-Aquatic aspects of the operation
- Work scheduled shifts on Holidays, Weekends and Non-Operational Hours as required by Management and the
