يعلن منتزه القدية (Six Flags Qiddiya) عن توفر وظيفة غواص (Scuba Diver) في مدينة الرياض، المملكة العربية السعودية، ضمن فريق عمل منتزه أكوارابيا المائي.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى شاغل الوظيفة المسؤولية الشاملة عن سلامة ورضا جميع ضيوف منتزه أكوارابيا المائي، مع الالتزام بمنع فقدان الأرواح نتيجة الغرق. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح مهارات تقنية وشخصية تمكنه من النجاح في هذا الدور، وأن يكون شغوفاً بعمليات المنتزه المائي ورضا الضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لمدونة قواعد السلوك والأخلاقيات الخاصة بمنتزه أكوارابيا المائي والقدية.
- تعزيز رؤية ورسالة وقيم القدية وأكوارابيا، ونمذجة السلوكيات المرغوبة.
- المسؤولية الكاملة عن سلامة جميع الضيوف والزملاء داخل المنتزه المائي مع الالتزام بمنع الغرق.
- المساعدة في التشغيل اليومي لجميع مناطق الجذب المائي وتجارب المغامرات في أكوارابيا.
- إجراء فحوصات السلامة للضيوف في مناطق الجذب وضمان تجربة ضيوف متميزة.
- إدارة المخاطر المائية والالتزام بالقيم الأساسية للقدية والمعايير المحلية والدولية.
- الاستجابة للمساعدة في أي حالة طبية طارئة ضمن نطاق الشهادات والتدريب (مقدم إسعافات أولية).
- ضمان تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs) المتعلقة برضا الضيوف.
- العمل مع الإدارات التشغيلية الأخرى داخل أكوارابيا والقدية وسيكس فلاجز.
- استيفاء جميع متطلبات رخصة المنقذ المائي للمرافق الخاصة (ILTP) وشهادات خبرات المغامرات ذات الصلة.
- العمل لفترات طويلة تتجاوز مواعيد المناوبات المحددة، والوقوف لفترات مطولة في بيئات وارتفاعات مختلفة.
- صعود منصات الألعاب المائية عدة مرات خلال اليوم والعمل في ظروف بيئية مختلفة (مطر، برد، حرارة، رمال، رياح).
- المسؤولية عن نظافة جميع مناطق الضيوف والزملاء بما في ذلك الجوانب غير المائية من التشغيل.
- العمل في المناوبات المقررة خلال العطلات وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع وساعات غير التشغيل وفقاً لمتطلبات الإدارة.
- الالتزام بجميع سياسات وإجراءات الشركة وضمان أن يكون المنتزه المائي مكاناً ممتعاً للضيوف والزملاء.
- تنفيذ أي مهام إضافية يراها المدير العام أو مدير العمليات ضرورية لنجاح التشغيل وسلامة ورضا الضيوف.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- الحد الأدنى: شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- خبرة في صناعة الضيافة أو الترفيه أو الألعاب أو خدمة الضيوف في الشرق الأوسط و/أو دولياً.
- خبرة سابقة أو حالية في التجديف في المياه البيضاء، أو رياضة الأخاديد (Canyoneering)، أو المياه العميقة، أو تسلق الصخور، أو ركوب الأمواج.
المهارات المطلوبة
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية فهمًا وتحدثًا وكتابةً (مستوى مهني).
- يفضل فهم عام للغة العربية والتحدث بها.
- مهارات أساسية في استخدام الحاسوب.

Job Summary:
At Six Flags Qiddiya, the position of Lifeguard - Specialized is responsible for the overall safety and satisfaction of all guests at
Aquarabia Water Theme Park. The position of Lifeguard - Specialized must also possess and demonstrate technical skills as
well as soft skills and character traits that will allow them to be successful in the role and responsibilities listed below. Above
all, the Lifeguard - Specialized is passionate about waterpark operations, guest satisfaction and the prevention of loss of life
due to drowning.
Job Duties:
▪ Comply with the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya's code of conduct and ethics
▪ Promote the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya vision, mission, values and model desired behaviors
▪ Promote Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya and spread its culture
▪ Commit to Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya's rules and regulations
▪ Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of

Requirements
EducatioEducation:
Minimum High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience:
Experience within the hospitality, entertainment, amusement and or guest service Industry in the
Middle East and/or International Work.
Previous or current experience with Whitewater Rafting, Canyoneering, Deep Water, Rock Climbing
and or Surfing
Skills:
Professional Understanding and Communication of English (Written and Spoken).
General Understanding and Communication of Arabic is desired.
Basic computer skills.

- Assist in the daily operation of all Aquatic Attractions and Adventure Experiences within Aquarabia Water Theme
