مطلوب مدرب تسلق / حبال (Climbing/Rope Course Instructor) للعمل في مدينة القدية بالرياض.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى مدرب التسلق والحبال مسؤولية السلامة العامة ورضا جميع الضيوف في منتزه أكوارابيا المائي (Aquarabia Water Theme Park) التابع لستة أعلام القدية، مع التركيز على منع حوادث الغرق وضمان تجربة آمنة وممتعة في جميع الأنشطة المائية ومغامرات التسلق. يجب أن يمتلك المرشح مهارات تقنية وشخصية عالية، وشغفاً بالسلامة وخدمة الضيوف.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- الامتثال لمدونة قواعد السلوك وأخلاقيات العمل في أكوارابيا والقدية.
- تعزيز رؤية ورسالة وقيم أكوارابيا والقدية، ونشر ثقافتها.
- الالتزام بقواعد وأنظمة أكوارابيا والقدية.
- أداء المهام وفق التوجيهات لتحقيق أهداف التشغيل.
- المسؤولية عن سلامة جميع الضيوف والزملاء داخل المنتزه والالتزام بمنع حوادث الغرق.
- المساعدة في التشغيل اليومي لجميع عوامل الجذب المائي وتجارب المغامرات في المنتزه.
- إجراء فحوصات سلامة الضيوف على الألعاب ومراقبة تجربة الضيوف.
- إدارة المخاطر المائية وفق المعايير المحلية والدولية وقيم القدية.
- الاستجابة لأي حالة طبية طارئة ضمن نطاق الشهادة والتدريب (مقدم الإسعافات الأولية).
- ضمان تحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية (KPIs).
- التنسيق مع الأقسام التشغيلية الأخرى داخل المنتزه والقدية.
- استيفاء جميع متطلبات رخصة إنقاذ ILTP للمنشآت الخاصة وشهادات خبرة المغامرات ذات الصلة.
- العمل لساعات طويلة تتجاوز المناوبات المقررة.
- الوقوف لفترات طويلة في بيئات وارتفاعات وأوضاع مختلفة متعلقة بتجربة الضيوف.
- الوصول إلى منصات الألعاب عدة مرات يومياً.
- العمل في ظروف بيئية مختلفة (مطر، برد، حرارة، رمال، رياح، إلخ).
- المسؤولية عن نظافة جميع مناطق الضيوف والزملاء، بما في ذلك الجوانب غير المائية.
- العمل في المناوبات المقررة خلال الإجازات والعطلات الأسبوعية وخارج ساعات العمل الرسمية حسب الحاجة، بما في ذلك التدريبات والاجتماعات والفعاليات قبل وبعد ساعات العمل.

الشروط والمتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها كحد أدنى.

- خبرة سابقة أو حالية في التجديف في المياه البيضاء (Whitewater Rafting) أو رياضة الأخاديد (Canyoneering) أو المياه العميقة أو تسلق الصخور (Rock Climbing) أو ركوب الأمواج (Surfing).
- رخصة إنقاذ ILTP للمنشآت الخاصة (Special Facility ILTP Lifeguard License) وشهادات خبرة مغامرات ذات صلة.

Job Summary:
At Six Flags Qiddiya, the position of Lifeguard - Specialized is responsible for the overall safety and satisfaction of all guests at
Aquarabia Water Theme Park. The position of Lifeguard - Specialized must also possess and demonstrate technical skills as
well as soft skills and character traits that will allow them to be successful in the role and responsibilities listed below. Above
all, the Lifeguard - Specialized is passionate about waterpark operations, guest satisfaction and the prevention of loss of life
due to drowning.
Job Duties:

▪ Promote the Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya vision, mission, values and model desired behaviors
▪ Promote Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya and spread its culture

▪ Perform tasks as directed in the pursuit of the achievement of

Requirements
Education:

Experience:
Experience within the hospitality, entertainment, amusement and or guest service Industry in the
Middle East and/or International Work.
Previous or current experience with Whitewater Rafting, Canyoneering, Deep Water, Rock Climbing
and or Surfing
Skills:
Professional Understanding and Communication of English (Written and Spoken).
General Understanding and Communication of Arabic is desired.
Basic computer skills.

- Responsible for the overall safety of all Guest and Colleagues within and while visiting Aquarabia Water Theme
- Assist in the daily operation of all Aquatic Attractions and Adventure Experiences within Aquarabia Water Theme

- Respond to and assist in any Medical Emergency within the scope of Certification & Training, (First aid provider)
- Responsible for ensuring that Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
- Work with other Operational Departments with Aquarabia Water Theme Park and Qiddiya Six Flags
- Meet all requirements of a Special Facility ILTP Lifeguard License, and relevant adventure experience certifications
- To work long periods of time, exceeding the set shift timings
- To be on your feet for prolonged periods of time, in different environments, elevations and manners in relation to
- To access ride platforms multiple times during a day
- To work in different environmental conditions (Rain, Cold, Heat, Sand, Wind, etc...)
- Responsible for the cleanliness of all Guest and Colleague areas, including non-Aquatic aspects of the operation
- Work scheduled shifts on Holidays, Weekends and Non-Operational Hours as required by Management and the
