تعلن القدية (Qiddiya) عن فتح باب التقديم لبناء قاعدة بيانات للمتقدمين المهتمين بفرص مستقبلية في وظائف خدمة العملاء الأمامية (Front of House) ضمن قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات في مشروع Six Flags Qiddiya City بالرياض.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- ضمان مستوى خدمة ممتاز للضيوف وتحقيق رضاهم التام
- استقبال الضيوف وتوجيههم إلى مقاعدهم في منطقة الطعام
- أخذ الطلبات وتقديم الأطعمة والمشروبات
- تقديم توصيات حول قائمة الطعام والإجابة على استفسارات الضيوف
- إتمام عمليات الدفع النقدي ومعالجة المدفوعات
- الحفاظ على نظافة وترتيب منطقة الطعام
- التنسيق مع طاقم المطبخ لضمان تسليم الطلبات بدقة وفي الوقت المحدد
- الالتزام بمعايير سلامة الغذاء والنظافة
- المساعدة في إدارة المخزون وتجديد المستلزمات
- التعامل مع شكاوى الضيوف وحل المشكلات بأسلوب مهني
الشروط والمتطلبات
- خبرة سابقة في قطاع الأغذية والمشروبات، ويفضل في دور أمامي (Front of House)
- مهارات ممتازة في خدمة العملاء والتواصل
- القدرة على العمل في بيئة سريعة الخطى وديناميكية
- مرونة في العمل خلال الفترات المسائية وعطلات نهاية الأسبوع والعطلات الرسمية
- مهارات أساسية في الحساب للتعامل مع المدفوعات النقدية
- شهادة سلامة الغذاء والنظافة تعتبر ميزة إضافية
