About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our Operations Team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for rental settlements, invoicing, timesheet verification, equipment usage reconciliation, customer account management, and receivables reporting. This role involves close coordination with Operations, Rental, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure accurate billing, timely settlements, and efficient rental operations.

What you’ll do

Rental Settlement & Invoicing

• Verify lease terms and prepare accurate settlement statements and invoices.

• Ensure rental charges comply with agreed contractual rates.

• Contract timely recycling and order review.

Timesheet & Equipment Verification

• Review customer timesheets and reconcile rental hours/days with contracts and system records.

• Identify discrepancies in hours, standby, overtime, and equipment usage.

Accounts Receivable & Customer Accounts

• Prepare customer SOAs and maintain accurate invoice and payment records.

• Reconcile customer balances and ensure records are updated promptly.

Reporting & Records Management

• Prepare accounts receivable and outstanding-balance reports.

• Maintain organized contracts, timesheets, settlements, and invoice records.

Cross-Functional Coordination

• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Rental, and Finance to resolve discrepancies.

• Support improvements in controls, reporting accuracy, and system efficiency.

What you’ll bring:

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Experience in Accounts Receivable, Billing, or rental equipment is preferred.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of invoicing, SOA, timesheet reconciliation, and customer accounts.

• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems.

Key Competencies

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

• Good communication and coordination skill
