Role Description The Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Jeddah, responsible for promoting PREVEN’s fire engineering and safety services in the Saudi market. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market and competitor analysis, and generating qualified leads in coordination with the sales team. The role involves developing marketing materials and presentations, managing digital and offline marketing channels, and maintaining consistent brand messaging aligned with company objectives. The Marketing Specialist will engage with clients and partners, support events and industry exhibitions, and collaborate closely with technical and management teams to translate complex services into clear, compelling value propositions. Regular reporting on campaign performance and recommendations for improvement are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders.
• Candidates should possess Market Research and Marketing Strategy skills to analyze trends, identify opportunities, and design effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support lead generation, client outreach, and coordination with the sales team.
• Candidates should ideally have experience in digital marketing tools, content creation, and basic analytics to manage and optimize marketing channels.
• Relevant academic background in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Experience in engineering, construction, safety, or related industries in Saudi Arabia is an advantage, along with familiarity with local business culture.
• Proficiency in English is required; Arabic language skills are highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Consulting Experience: Background in the consulting sector, engineering, construction, safety, Fire protection, or related industries in Saudi Arabia, along with strong familiarity with the local business culture.
