تعلن شركة Honeywell Technologies عن توفر وظيفة مهندس خدمات ميدانية (Field Service Engr I) في المملكة العربية السعودية.
نبذة عن الوظيفة
يتولى المهندس تقديم الخبرة الفنية والاستشارات في مواقع العملاء لتركيب وحل المشكلات والهندسة والتشغيل والتكوين وتحسين منتجات وأنظمة CCC، بالإضافة إلى تدريب عملاء CCC على الاستخدام المناسب للمنتج.
المهام والمسؤوليات
- استخدام الحكم المستقل والمعرفة والخبرة لأداء أنشطة ما قبل التشغيل بما في ذلك فحص النظام، معايرة الأجهزة، فحص الحلقات، واختبار الاتصالات.
- اختبار وإجراء الضبط بما في ذلك اختبار الآلات، ضبط حلقة التحكم، وحل المشكلات ضمن العملية الأكبر للعميل.
- تطبيق المفاهيم والعمليات الرياضية المتقدمة لإكمال مشاريع ومهام محددة بفعالية.
- إجراء حسابات الديناميكا الحرارية وتحليل أداء الآلات.
- تقديم الدعم الفني عن بعد، ودعم هندسة النظم، وحل المشكلات.
- نقل المعرفة التقنية إلى موظفي التشغيل والهندسة لدى العميل من خلال جلسات تدريبية.
- التعاون مع الأقسام المختلفة لدعم كامل دورة حياة منتجاتنا وتجربة العميل.
- إكمال المهام الإدارية المطلوبة (المصروفات، التقارير، إلخ) ودعم ما بعد البيع.
- الاستجابة للتغيير بشكل منتج وأداء مهام أخرى حسب الحاجة.
- اتباع جميع سياسات وإجراءات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة.
الشروط والمتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة من جامعة معتمدة.
- يفضل خبرة تدريبية أو تعاونية أو 1-3 سنوات من الخبرة العملية السابقة مع أنظمة التحكم في التوربينات (ضواغط، توربينات بخارية/غازية، موسعات، مولدات) والتحكم في العمليات.
- إجادة استخدام الحاسب الآلي والشبكات. مهارات البرمجة ميزة إضافية.
- إلمام جيد بمفاهيم الديناميكا الحرارية المكتسبة من خلال التعليم الرسمي.
- يفضل مهارات تدريب أساسية. خبرة في أنظمة السلامة و/أو شهادة TUV ميزة إضافية.
- القدرة على القراءة والتحدث والكتابة باللغة الإنجليزية (مطلوب). جميع اللغات الأخرى ميزة إضافية.
- معتمد للعمل البحري أو مستعد وقادر على إكمال التدريب المطلوب.

In this role, the Engineer will be expected to provide technical expertise and consultancy at customer sites to install, troubleshoot, engineer, operate, configure and optimize CCC products and systems at customer sites. Additionally, the Engineer will instruct CCC customers in specific, appropriate product usage
Responsibilities
- Using independent judgement, knowledge, and expertise to perform Pre-commissioning activities including system checkout, instrumentation calibration, loop checks, and communication testing.
- Test and perform tuning including machinery testing, control loop tuning and troubleshooting within the larger customer process.
- Apply advanced mathematical concepts and operations to effectively complete specific projects and tasks.
- Thermodynamic calculations and analysis of machine performance.
- Provide remote technical support, systems engineering support and troubleshooting
- Transfer technology knowledge to Customer operating and engineering staff through training sessions.
- Collaborate with departments cross functionally to support the entire Lifecycle of our products and customer experience
- Complete required administrative tasks (expenses, reports, etc.) and aftermarket support
- Respond to change productively and handle other duties as required
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from a four-year college or university required
- Internship, Co-op, or 1-3 years of previous work experience with turbo machinery control systems (Compressors, Steam / Gas Turbines, Expanders, Generators) and Process control preferred
- Proficiency in computers and networking. Programming skills are a plus
- Proficient in knowledge of thermodynamics concepts gained through formal education
- Basic training skills preferred - Experience with safety systems and / or TUV certified is a plus.
- Ability to read, speak, and write in English required, all other languages are a plus
- Certified to work offshore or willing and capable to complete the required training
